I haven't done that in ages.

I realized that my aversion to discussing sex is more about me than anything.

I don't know if it's actually because of not having the right vocabulary or my age, but the more I open up about my sexuality, the more comfortable I feel.

I guess I should start a sex blog.

Yeah, that'll happen.

Just not tonight.

I can't possibly have enough blog fodder after watching Saturday Night Live, listening to Classic Rock, and just being myself.

First, I have to find out what the internet is up to.

My job is amazing, and I am the best I could possibly be at my job, but I am not there yet.

I need to reach another level.

Luckily, my boss is quite happy with the work I'm doing and very supportive.

He even trusts me with purchasing.

If I'm buying the right thing at the right time, he knows it's from someone in our team.

I'm very thankful for that.

I have a wonderful team in my department, and I have never had such a good support system.

I do feel my dream coming true.

Now I just need to stop doubting my worth and do something about it.

And I am going to start with talking with my peers.

One day, maybe I'll be able to move into a manager's position, but I don't want to limit myself or put limits on what I want.

Maybe I'll be the best facilitator the department has ever had, but that's not the point.

I am just trying to do my best in this economy.

I hope that is good enough.
