The two girls enter their first period class. Not many new faces but they still feel anxious about entering the room. Well at least, Billie does. She sits down next behind a girl while Esmae-rose is greeting her other friends. "Hi." Says the girl as she turns around to face Billie.
"Hey."Billie answers awkwardly.
"Are you new here ?"
"No... We took classes last year, remember ? "
"Really ?" Billie raises an eyebrow."You don't remember me,Jamie ? I'm Billie."
" Oh Lynn !"
"Please don't call me that. It's Billie."
The first period teacher walks into the room, Ms. Cal. " Get to your seats,class, I'll do the attendance but before that welcome back everybody and welcome to all the new students. My name is Valentina Cal but to you it's Ms.Cal. Now for the attendances, correct me if I get your name wrong. Annabelle Bennedic."
"Present."

First and second period passed by and it was now time for lunch break.
" I heard you and your friends talk about the new kids. How many are there ?"asks Billie.
"Yeah so there are around 8 new kids in junior year, 2 in senior and around 5 sophomores."
"Who are the 8 juniors ?"
Esmae-Rose takes a deep breath. "Theo Wright, Britney Coleman, Jake Rona, those three are in our class. In the other classes there is Ayman Ali, Jordan Rafan, Young Seo Jin and my favorite Santiago Terronez. I checked and we have fourth period with him."
" Why is he your favorite ?"
"Just look at him." She turns Billie's head to where Santiago is. Billie's eyes light up. Santiago is a 1,79m (5'10.4 ft) tall boy with tan skin and big dark brown curly hair. That's all she is able to see from her distance but she is sure his eyes are as beautiful as his face. "Isn't he fine...?" she continues.
"Are you going to talk to him ?"
" I would but he's surrounded by tons of people. He's new here but he's already popular. Same with Britney and Ayman. Santiago and Ayman come from the same school, so I'm assuming they're close friends."
"I heard my name." The two girls turn around. A 186 cm tall teen, with brown wavy hair, a middle part, black and red basketball shorts and a bright red hoodie, looks at them with a grin.
" Oh my gosh Ayman you scared us." says Esmae-rose.
" My bad but I'm like pretty sure I heard my name."
" I was just telling my friend about the new kids that came this year."
"Your friend, huh ?" Ayman glances at Billie. Why are all the new kids so good looking ? thought Billie as she starts to feel hot
" I'm Ayman, what's your name ?"
" B-Billie..."stutters Billie.
"Anyways we had a question." interrupts Esmae-rose. " You and Santiago come from the same school, right ?"
" You already know the answer to that. What's like the real question ?"
"Are you and him friends ?"
Ayman looks down smiling. He looks back up locking his eyes with Esmae-rose and gets closer to her before putting his hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry about it Rosie." he says with a flirty grin. Esmae-rose and Billie nod. "I'm new here, can you like help me find my next class ?" He adds.
"Yes, of course." Esmae-rose and Ayman walk away. " Esmae, wait !" says Billie.
