So, this is a book I've been meaning to read since I DNF(did not finish) it last year? Or maybe the year before? When I started it I was just getting back to reading and it got a little bit corny on the second chapter in.
Sooo, I gave it a try again. The writing was what one would expect from a Wattpad book published in its time, a lot of self-inserts, meandering, etc. The actual travels only start at the last third of the book. (It was thin, around 80 pages).
That was not the issue though. The main character just fails to do her mission(which is the title) because she gets in a vehicular accident.
That's it. That's the end? I was looking for justifications as to why did that become a contest winner. Someone, please enlighten me how 😅
P. S. There was also mention of infidelity in marriage but it sounded to me that the Main character justified it because the other party was addicted to gambling. But then, the book was published back in 2017 so ...
