It has to be Saw 3.
I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with the Saw movies was, so I watched 1, 2, and 3, but only at daytime with the curtains open and all the lights on.
It was scary for me but I really liked the story of 3 where the father had to go through these 'trails' of sorts and face the people who were involved in the death of his kid. Burning his things even made me tear up.
The pig mulching definately had me queezy, but I really liked the movie.
I thought 'that wasn't so bad, let's try the others!' and left it for then when my bravery wore off.
A few months later, I saw just a few seconds on another one (I think it was Saw 5?) where people were in a window display and people thought they were mannequins. As soon as I saw the axes come down towards them and start slicing, I was out of there. Didn't watch past that and noped right out of there.
Still though, number 3 had a really good story.
