As I entered the room, I thought about the possibility of Tiffany being the killer. I hadn't even thought about the closest person to him. I thought about asking Raphael and Ben if they could give me more information about Tiffany. I needed to find out what happened with Raphael and Tiffany and their relationship.
"Hello, Mr. Smith," I say, sitting down. I drink a sip of my water.
"Hi! Call me Henry. Please. It's a pleasure to meet you," he says, grinning at me. He's dressed like a business man. He holds out his hand. I stare at it for a few seconds, and then shake it.
"Right. Let's get into it," I say, pulling out my notebook.
"Yes, yes. Alright," he says.
"So, where were you at the time of the murder?", I ask, tilting my head. I tap my chin with my pen, and I stare at him, waiting for an answer.
"I was at work. I work at a social media management company. It was really busy that night," he says.
"Alright, and, what were you doing?", I ask, still writing down his last answer.
"I was just addressing some complaints from our testing app users," he says. "We created a social media app."
"Okay. And what is this app called?", I ask.
"Well, we try to keep it as private as possible, because the app in still being developed. We don't want anybody taking sneak peeks other than our designated app testing users," he says. Something seems fishy, and I know it. My gut is telling me.
"Cool. Could I take a look, anyway? It's just a precaution. I know you might not really have anything that might help us in the investigation, but it is mandatory. I promise that I won't show or tell anybody about your app. We just have to take a look," I say, shaking my head.
"Alright...". he says. Rubbing his neck. It's called 'mussimaker by H. Smith', but it has not been released on the internet or on any store," he says. "I can show it to you on my personal cell phone, though." He takes his phone out and opens the app. He hands me the phone and I scroll through. It's just a bunch of songs you can scroll through made by different people.
"Alright. Looks good," I say. "Thank you for letting me have a look. It's a great idea, by the way."
"Thank you," he says, tipping his hat. "I've been working on it for a long time."
"Is there anything else that you can tell me about anyone or anything related to Victor?", I ask. He rubs his neck again.
"No. That's really the only thing I know. I hadn't really talked to him since high school," he says.
"Alright! Well, thank you so much for helping us with the investigation. If anything comes up- anything at all- please, contact me," I say. I hand him my card.
"Yes, ma'am," he says. He walks out, and I go out after him.

Later, I'm at home and I get a phone call. I look at the contact. The number is unknown. I answer.
"Hello, Miss Rinnala. This is Henry Smith. I may have information about Victor's murder," he says, whispering. I quickly grab my notebook and snatch a pen off of my desk. I click it and hold my phone between my shoulder and ear.
"I'm listening," I say.
"So, the night of the number, I saw Raphael Jennice at the grocery store near my home. He was buying a shovel," he says. "He also bought a rope. I don't know what for, but it just seemed suspicious."
"Alright. Thank you. Anything else?", I ask, still writing down the last thing he said.
"No, ma'am. That's all," he says. Then he hangs up. I put my notebook on my table and go to my kitchen.
As I'm making coffee, I wonder what if it's really him?. I don't know. I don't really have enough information yet. He could have been doing hard work. But the rope? Hm. I don't know....

I just went to sleep after, thinking about it. Not convenient that he was at the store at that exact time at that exact day, if I am trying to convince myself that it wasn't him.
