It was late at night. Still Yang Ying didn't sleep yet. She sighed, then she looked at the master who was embracing her.49Please respect copyright.PENANAm7YpVZ4wEo
At that time Gong Xun opened his eyes and said to her, “Why don't you sleep?”49Please respect copyright.PENANAPVRK8tlZUN
“I'm not sleepy,” Yang Ying said.
“Are you not well?”
Yang Ying didn't respond. She made her eyes low, then hugged Gong Xun.
“What's the matter?”
Before replying, Yang Ying took a deep sigh. “Today, I went to ask Butterfly why her sect fights with the purple jade sect. She told me that because her brother-in-law wanted the purple jade to make his wife return alive.”
Gong Xun stayed quiet, and Yang Ying continued, “I heard from a senior that there is no purple jade. Why don't you tell them? You should tell them. They trust you. Perhaps they might stop fighting.”
“Do you worry about people in the sect?”
“I just don't want anyone to get hurt. I remembered when the robbers robbed my parents and crew of Wan Hua Lau. I saw their facial expressions when they were stabbed, they were hurt, before they fell down to sleep on the earth. I’m scared, I don't want to see it again. I don't want it to happen. I don't want anyone to get hurt, I don't want you to get hurt, I don't want you to die.” She sank her face in the chest of Gong Xun and she hugged him tightly.
Through this manner, Gong Xun could sense how strong fear she was. Quickly he wrapped her and ran his hand over her head.
“Don't be scared. I will not abandon you.”
Hearing it, Yang Ying withdrew her face. “Really?” She asked.
“Um.” Gong Xun nodded. He gave a smile before he claimed, “I promise you that no matter what I will not leave you alone. I will come back.”
Yang Ying’s face became delightful. She grinned, and Gong Xun pecked on her forehead before he embraced her to his chest.
Because she could not see his face, Gong Xun could reveal his true expression. He was not happy actually. What he promised her at the last moment was pure from bottom of his heart, but he was not sure if the sky allowed him to keep his word. His outside might be stiff but his mind was trembling like a river was meeting with the wind. He was very worried about the girl, what she would be if he couldn't make a return. However he knew for sure that he couldn't argue if he was determined to not be able to come back, what he could do was to prepare a goodness for her.
Hence, on the next day and days after, Gong Xun took time to teach Yang Ying some necessary spells. He told her that this time the fight might be longer than the last fight because the devil master wanted it to be the last war. Even Butterfly, she had to join too, so there would not have anyone to look after her; that was the reason he taught her the spells to protect herself.
Though Yang Ying could feel her master seemed to not speak the truth at all. But she chose to believe him, and tried to study hard to not make him worry.
Turning to talk about Butterfly, she saw all the sweetness between the master and his disciple. She didn't have envy towards their love, but it reminded of her lover. Her heart was in pain when she remembered him, and her crazy illness exploded. It would be good if Monkey stayed here, but he was sent far away, he couldn't come. Butterfly wanted to get a guard in the sect, but this would cause her brother-in-law’s reputation to lose, so she had to tell herself no.
“Endure it, endure it.”
She tried to press her desire but it was impossible to control.
“I must go outside to find a man.”
Hurriedly she opened the door and found Demon Bat standing before it.
“Where do you want to go?” He asked.
“It's my business,” Butterfly said.
Bat pushed her inside then closed the door.
“You cannot leave the sect. We will have a big war soon. Master told us to prepare.”
Butterfly escaped her face.
Seeing that, Bat understood what was going on.
“Are you not well again?”
“Don't mind my business,” Butterfly said, then pushed him out of her way. But Bat caught her arm. “You must endure it. You should not allow it to control you,” he said.
“Let go of my hand. I need to go.” Butterfly raked his hand, still the man caught hers.
“Try to endure it,” he told.
“No, I can't endure it. I will die,” Butterfly yelled, following she pulled her arm from his capture.
Seeing that the woman was unable to manage herself, Bat had to do what he didn't mean to do.
“Then take me,” he claimed at the same time he dragged Butterfly back and pushed her to the bed.
“No,” Butterfly yelled and struggled, but Bat didn't allow her to win, he removed her clothes then climbed on her.

“This time will be the final battle,” Bat said while he was going down the bed towards his clothes. “Win or lose will be determined in this war. So master wants all of us to join.”49Please respect copyright.PENANAodevXlMcCd
Butterfly didn't say a word, just pulled a blanket to cover her front part.
“Master prepares already. You will stay behind. If anything is wrong, you have to come back to take the mistress's body away.”
Still Butterfly stayed silent. Her eyes looked at Bat who was wearing dresses but her brain was thinking something else.
“You must learn how to endure it. If you can't, then call me.”
After speaking, he walked out of the room.
