The creature’s body is like a deformed figure of a basilisk with a fish-like head and gills. I gritted my teeth from the immense pain on my broken rib but I could feel my consciousness slipping away.

These beasts have one weakness. It’s attack mainly comes from its body and it’s keeping its head away every time it attacks. I clutched the dagger hard and stabbed its body over and over. For a moment, it loosened its grip around me but its teeth are still deep in my flesh.
