The smell of nicotine stains my clothes
It reminds me of those moments with you
The ones where we would stare at the stars
The ones where we would sing songs about our depressing lives
That's all gone now
Now, you are staring at the stars with a new girl
You are singing those same songs to someone else
Tears fill my eyes every time I think of you
It feels like my heart shatters every time I wear that bracelet you bought me
Where did all of our love go?
You said I was yours forever
You said we could vape and watch the stars together
Now, I do those things alone
But, with the thought of you in mind
Author's Note: the only poetry I know how to write is ones that tell a story, or free-verse poetry. I hope this isn't too far from poetry to count.204Please respect copyright.PENANA2HXJAopupt
