Kotomaru Komuto is the older brother of Kazura Onyxshade and a polar opposite in terms of personality. He is known for his immense power and boundless arrogance. Kotomaru is the type of person who always believes he is the smartest and most powerful individual in any room, and he has no qualms about making sure everyone else knows it.
Growing up, Kotomaru was the heir apparent to the leadership of the Umbral Silence clan. His extraordinary control over shadow magic and combat prowess made him the natural choice for the role. However, his arrogance and lack of respect for the clan's traditions led to his exile from the clan's hidden forest.
