    我的寫作及創作之路，一切皆因由患病開始。我曾是一個情緒病患者，約於2017年左右已康復。過去有整整二十多年，走過人生的高低起伏，戰勝過人生最艱難的課題；當中有一些遭遇、經歷及感受，皆成為我創作寫作的題材。除了寫作散文及小說外，常常胡思亂想，天馬行空，喜歡創作新詩新詞及歌曲，聊以抒情，發表感受。希望能與各位創作家及讀者，多些交流，互想鼓勵及學習，面對人生，一同笑看風雲！
