So much despair and people do not lift a finger to help themselves. They no longer can get social welfare and they have no job. This means that I have my office full of eviction orders. These people come to my office and beg for help. The only help I can offer them is to make sure the law is carried out and they are evicted. Society may be breaking down but law and order must prevail. My jail cells are full of people who think there is no law. I think they should be ashamed of themselves. So life is tough for them, so what? When life gets tough then you do your best to stay on your feet. These people who no longer have a home have created homemade tents on the outskirts of town. The place is not fit for animals. The schools have closed, so there are so many children running around not being taken care of. Why do people not take responsibility and not just expect society to help them? Humans can be so weak.

I have been the Pope for a few weeks now, and I still am confused. The death toll due to the virus and natural disasters has been extremely high. Something that the world has not experienced since the Great Plague. Priests have been telling us that they could not give proper burials. It was mass funerals and mass burials. In some places, there are not even people to dig the holes where people would be buried. For the people that have survived, every day is a challenge. People who were middle class a year ago are living on the street, in tent towns or camps. Food shortages all over the world and inflation getting out of control. Every day, the prices of goods skyrocket. People are afraid and worried. They have no hope yet. They no longer believe God is there for them. What is the Church's role in all this? Does the world need spiritual help or do they need food and shelter? Do they need a Pope that will give them hope?127Please respect copyright.PENANAaTfGoSJ21n

No one trusts that our government is capable of doing anything anymore. The government is powerless and ineffective. Anyone who still believes that the government can solve the many problems that this country is an idiot. It is not just our country, It is the same all over the world. The world needs a strong leader that can lead us to a better time. A time when we have a good economy, enough food, stability and people who are not afraid to work for a living. We need a world where we say we no longer need religion. The world needs to evict God from it and our minds. Until this happens, we will live in chaos. This means that my job of keeping law and order in my small village is taking every hour that I have when I am awake

London, the bustling metropolis that stood as a symbol of resilience, has been brought to its knees by a devastating earthquake, leaving behind unimaginable destruction. The once vibrant cityscape, adorned with iconic landmarks, now lies in ruins, and the death toll is soaring. To compound the tragedy, rescue services find themselves crippled by the Mortalis-X virus, further exacerbating the unprecedented crisis. The earthquake, measuring a staggering 8.9 on the Richter scale, struck with unparalleled force, toppling buildings and reducing well-known landmarks to rubble. Buckingham Palace, the historic residence of the British monarchy, was not spared, with its majestic structure reduced to debris. The Houses of Parliament, the Tower of London, and countless other landmarks have suffered severe damage, leaving the city's skyline forever altered. The Mortalis-X virus, a deadly contagion sweeping across the nation, has severely hampered rescue and relief efforts. Emergency services are overwhelmed by the dual catastrophe, unable to provide swift aid to those trapped under the wreckage or attending to the critically injured. The virus, known for its swift and fatal progression, has claimed the lives of numerous government officials, including Members of Parliament and even members of the Royal family. Buckingham Palace, once a symbol of regal grandeur, now stands as a haunting testament to the calamity that has befallen the city. Reports indicate that several members of the Royal family have perished in the disaster, adding a layer of heartbreak to an already tragic situation. The streets of London, once teeming with life, are now filled with the sounds of sirens, wailing survivors, and the eerie silence of destruction

Today was one of the saddest days of my life. I got news that my daughter had died of the virus. I just fell to my knees and cried and cried until there was nothing left. I tried ringing Andrew, but he gave me no comfort. He told me that it was better for the world. He thought my daughter did not deserve to live as she was a drug addict and did not make the world a better place to live in. I shouted and yelled at him to leave me alone and I never wanted to see him again. My daughter may have had problems, but she was not a waste of human life. She deserved to live. No parent should survive their children. I had two children and now they are both gone. I am sure that I am not the only one who has lost all their children. What was happening to this world? A few months ago, I was thinking of getting plastic surgery. Now I was living in my parents' old house while the world was a living hell.

I was alone in Church today as no one came to mass. I got very mad at God. I shouted at the cross behind the altar and demanded to know where God was. The virus was killing millions of people. Natural disasters were killing millions. People were afraid and angry. There was no stability in the world. There was no love. There was no compassion. People were getting stone hearts as every day went on. The world was becoming a darker and darker place. I told God that he had abandoned us. It was now that we needed him. Where is God? Why does he allow all this to happen? It bothered me that I was mad at God. Maybe I was wrong all my life never questioned things about God in the way that I should have. It was as if my eyes were being opened now.

I spoke with my sister today. My niece was a victim of the virus. I did not know what to say. I know that my niece was a troubled woman who was a drug addict. She should have been helped and she could have done great things. It must be so hard for my sister who has lost both of her children. The sad thing is that death is a common thing in the world today. Every day we hear of someone we care about who has died because of the virus or a natural catastrophe. I told my sister that my thoughts and prayers were with her. She should not give up hope or become bitter towards life. She needed to find a purpose in her life. I have a feeling that my brother would not help her a lot. So I offered her a room in the Vatican where she would get support. She needed to be with people that loved her. Chloe was very happy that I understood what she was going through and would have to consider my offer.

As a result of the relentless Mortalis-X pandemic and a series of catastrophic natural disasters, governments around the world are implementing unprecedented food rationing measures, signalling a desperate attempt to manage dwindling resources and maintain social order. The Mortalis-X virus, with its devastating impact on populations, has severely disrupted supply chains and agricultural production. Simultaneously, natural disasters—ranging from floods and wildfires to earthquakes and hurricanes—have further strained the global food supply, leaving many nations grappling with scarcity and the threat of widespread famine. Governments, facing the stark reality of food shortages and civil unrest, are now forced to take drastic measures to ensure the equitable distribution of remaining resources. Rationing programs are being rolled out on a global scale, limiting the amount of food individuals and families can access. Long queues form outside grocery stores, with citizens anxiously awaiting their turn to collect meagre portions of essential supplies. The rationing extends beyond staple foods to include water, fuel, and other critical resources. In urban centres, once bustling with life, the streets now bear witness to the sobering sight of people queuing for basic necessities, their faces reflecting a mix of anxiety and resignation.

It is impossible to buy food anymore. The price of food is skyrocketing every day. Luckily I was well off. At least, this is what I thought. Money seems to be worthless now. I agree with the new food ration scheme. It makes sure that everyone has a chance to buy some food. Many people have also started their gardens and many have a huge supply of food hidden away. My parents were always afraid of a war, so they had a lot of canned food in the pantry. It was enough to feed a person for a decade. I think it's lucky that I live in a developed country where people could stockpile food for some time. Imagine the hardships that people in Africa are facing. I do hope that things will get better. The crisis after crises that the world is experiencing has cost me so much. I am not the only one that knows loss and grief.

A young priest in the Vatican had been my secretary until now. He was always a talented and friendly man. Despite all the negative news we were getting, he always had a smile on his face. Things were going fine until he started flirting with me. He is gay and wants to have a relationship with me. He admitted that he heard rumours about me. If this happened months ago, I would have accepted this offer. The world has become more dangerous and darker since. I am changing as a person. I want to take my responsibilities seriously. I want to make a difference in the world. It's scary that I can see myself changing. I suppose that comes with age. Another thing that has changed is that I opened the old Bible that the former Pope gave me. I was starting to find my faith in God again. As every day went by, my faith was becoming stronger. Who could have predicted this a few months ago?
