Many will depict Hell as a place of fire and death and misery and pain and evil. A place where the sins are played into. A place of demons. A place of corruption. A place of primitive existence.
But let me ask you this: Do you remember Prometheus?
A Titan, from Greek mythology, who gave us humans fire. He felt bad for us, freezing, all alone. But the gods, in their pride, sought to keep us this way: simple, helpless, primitive. But then Prometheus blessed us with fire, and with fire came knowledge. And for it he was strung across a rock, where an eagle would tear out his liver every day.
Now let us look at the (second) most famous story in the Bible: that of Adam and Eve. Adam and Lilith were made from God's spit mixed with some dirt. Lilith actually had an opinion, and was very independent, so God kicked her out of Eden and made Eve with one of Adam's bones, because no woman could be independent in Eden, apparently. Lilith would later go on to be the so-called "Mother-of-Demons" and then we pretty much never see her again. Wow, Bible. Great way to really endear yourself to the future of society. You really thought that one out.
But anyways, Adam and Eve lived for an unspecified amount of time in Eden, when Samael the Angel approached Eve with an offer: take and eat an apple from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge. Eve wasn't an idiot, however, and, though she did take the apple from the tree, she gave it to Adam to eat. Adam choked on the apple halfway down, and died, and that's why males have Adam's apples. Although that raises the question of how they later had any amount of children to create the rest of society, but let's move on. Next, for her 'sin' of just being curious, Eve was kicked out of Eden. God forgot the first rule of things that are forbidden, that's all I have to say. 171Please respect copyright.PENANAksggbbH2Za
But think about it. When that happened, once we were officially out of God's absolute control, once we started listening to Samael, a.k.a. Satan/Lucifer, we started to learn, and to grow, and to develop, because suddenly, we had knowledge. Yes, we knew about the sins, but we also knew about the virtues. We were no longer virtuous by ignorance, but virtuous by intent. And we began to develop mentally. We began to learn. From a small little garden, to everywhere in the world, humans began to grow. We began to develop. Without Samael's interference, we would not be where we are today. If we hadn't taken the apple, we would not be who we are today. We might not even exist.
So back to the point at hand, I believe that Hell is a place of learning. Full of libraries, laboratories, endless science divisions. Of course, I'm sure that there are also their fair share of places to be tortured endlessly, but you get my point.171Please respect copyright.PENANAmIsCzsq9cJ
Additionally, if some Christians think being trans, or gay, or bi, or other various things that Christianity doesn't accept, then Satan must accept them. If so, then Hell must be a very accepting place. It must be a place where, no matter how 'weird' or 'strange' you are, you are accepted. From D&D fans to raging homosexuals, Hell will accept you. For what God hates, Satan must love. And if Christians hate it, God must hate it, too, right? For they follow their God's word, right?
Furthermore and a half, Hell must also have quite a lot of 'satanic' businesses. Bars, nightclubs, basically all the fun places in the world. This place is starting to seem more fun than Heaven.
Let's see, be a 'good' person, and end up having to be 'good' for all eternity, never able to be myself because God won't approve, live in the clouds and constantly be terrified I'm going to fall and die even though I'm already dead because I have a fear of falling, but not of heights.
Or be a 'bad' person, and get to party, have fun, be myself, learn for all eternity, and not have to worry about falling because we're underground technically. Hmm, I wonder which sounds better.
