As Dori walked through the forest, she couldn’t help but think of the whole time-travel situation.
She just hoped it would all get fixed.
But she also didn’t want to lose everyone she had met here.
And her mind wandered the most to Tom.
For some reason, Tom was the one she would hate to see leave the most.
Was it because he had been the first to stand of to her bully? Or was it because of something else?
Then she heard a stick crack under the weight of someone’s foot.
She looked around to see Patrick.
“Oho, there you are. I thought I’d never have revenge. And now your little boyfriend isn’t here to burn me.”
Dori ran, she ran as hard as she could.
She could see Patrick pursuing her.
She jumped up into a tree and whacked him with her tail.
“You’ve done it now!” Patrick yelled.
Dori weighed her options.
She could fight him, and probably lose, or she could run back home and get protection from the others like Tom, Pillow and Logan.
The choice was clear.
Dori jumped up, over Patrick, and started sprinting towards her tree.
Patrick ran faster than before, and he barely grabbed Dori’s tail, before she slipped through the trapdoor to her house.183Please respect copyright.PENANA1hFy6gdXQX
Logan took his handheld console, the GC8, and played some games, before Lunox walked over to him, her eyes full of wonder at the sight of this device.
“Whoa, what is that device?” She asked.
Logan looked in her wonder-filled eyes and said, “Oh, this thing? It’s a device made for… How do I say this? Entertainment.”
She asked nervously: “How does it work?”
Logan knew he shouldn’t explain the technology, he didn’t even know it himself, but he said, “well, certain buttons on here can make the displayed character do certain things, like punch an enemy, jump, walk and other things.”
Logan chuckled at Lunox’s wonder for this device that was so normal for him.
Then he heard Dori yell out: “Help!”
Logan jumped up and ran towards the trapdoor.
Dori hung there with her tail stuck in the trapdoor.
“What happened?” Logan asked.
“My bully found me and is standing at the trapdoor, but I managed to lock it.” She said, “Now I’m stuck though.”
Logan thought for a second.
“I’ll get Tom and Pillow, they might know something to do.”

Logan called Tom, and when he arrived at the trapdoor, he laughed.
“Pfff, what happened?” He asked.
Dori was not amused and said, “tail is stuck and that one bully is standing at the trapdoor.”
Tom scratched his chin, deep in thought.
After a while, he asked, “Do you think you could make a small hole in the trapdoor? I’ve got an idea.”
Dori held her hand against the trapdoor, before revealing a small, newly made hole.
Tom grabbed his wrist-flamethrowers, but changed out his cartridges.
he then held it against the hole and shot a water-like liquid into Patrick’s eyes.
They all heard him scream it out above ground and laughed.
While Logan opened the trapdoor quickly, Tom saved Dori from falling on the ground.
Tom and Dori stayed like that for a moment, faces close, but then Tom put her down, a bit of blush on his cheeks.
“Thanks.” Dori said.
“Yeah, no problem.” He said.
He then whispered something Dori couldn’t quite hear.
She decided not to ask about it.
Logan smirked and looked at Lunox, who was almost in tears of laughter.
Logan and Lunox then left the hallway, leaving Dori and Tom alone for a second.
Tom broke the silence, “So, uh, I’ll go work on the time-gun again, uh, see you around.”
“Right, later!”
