Jenna sat in her room, thinking of a way to escape the husband her father had prepared.
There must be a way she and her lover could escape hell.
If Jenna could leave hell for some farm on earth, together with Fau, then she would be truly happy.
She heard a knock on her door, and when she opened the door, she saw a servant with a guy who seemed a bit older than her.
“Miss Boree, may I introduce you to mister Xypher Redgy, your future husband.” The servant told her.
Jenna just wanted to slam the door in their faces, but that would only anger the devil, and that’s not something she’d want.
Then something on the wall behind them caught her sight, which gave her an idea that went completely over her head before.
She quickly told them, “could you give me just a moment?” Then softly closed the door.
She picked up her book on Demonic circles.
And used it to make a portal tied to her only and true love, Fau.
She heard the servant knock and ask, “Are you okay in there Miss?”
Jenna didn’t respond, but rather jumped into the portal before closing it off.
When she arrived at Fau, he jumped up from the shock.
“Jenna? How did you come here?” He asked.
“Don’t question it, we gotta flee” Jenna said, “I’m gonna make a portal for us to escape hell.”
“Wouldn’t that need permission from the devil?” He asked.
“I’m not really on good terms with him right now. Let’s just go!”
Jenna made a portal to a random era of earth, grabbed Fau by the wrists and jumped through.
During a break, Tom took a walk by the nearby river.
He had put so much time in the time-gun, that he couldn’t get any free time.
So after a few hours of work, he decided to take a walk to settle his thoughts.
He had really put himself in a situation.
Tom thought of Arthur, who must be worried about Tom.
Although, Tom would sometimes stay in his lab for weeks on end, so maybe Arthur wouldn’t think anything of it.
And then there was this girl he met, Dori.
He had never met someone like her.
Dori was funny, kind and cared for those around her.
Was Tom attracted to her?
After some more thinking, he concluded he definitely was.
When he crossed a bridge, he saw at the end of it some kind of demonic summoning circle appear on the ground.
Tom quickly grabbed his wrist-flamethrowers with new cartridges.
He thought to see a Demon come out of it, together with a regular man.
What was she going to do to that poor man?
She looked around, and held the man by his hand, pulling him with her.
When she saw Tom, she quickly ran to him and asked, “Would you happen to know where i can find a big plot of empty land?”
Tom, stumped by this question, said, “Uh, I’m not really from around here, but i can ask some friends.”
The Demon jumped up from excitement.
“Let’s go then!” she exclaimed.
On the way back, Tom couldn’t keep his questions to himself, so he asked, “So, what’re you needing that big plot of land for?”
“Okay, it’s a lot, so prepare,” She began, “I am Jenna, the Devil’s daughter, and since it’s my 2500th birthday, my father is obliged by tradition to marry me off to someone with good genes. Although I’m in love with another, so i escaped hell with Fau, my lover, and now I’m looking for a place to start a farm and call home.”
Tom was flabbergasted.
His first thoughts were incorrect.
Demon’s aren’t all that bad.
Especially the Devil’s daughter.
“Welp,” Tom said, “Lemme just look for Dori or Lunox, they are the only nice people i know who are from here.”
