It's not easy telling you this, my parents forbid me from even speaking about this. But ever night I transform into a wolf, I can on my own will. Like every story your told werewolves transform on a full moon, that's more bs then I can take. And i'm not some weird ass kid in a pack, well kind of. My parents have their own territory, with a clan and each territory can be bigger or smaller. And my father is pretty well known around these parts of Rhode Island. Its a small place but to us living here its bigger then Texas, or thats what we think.
" Charlie come on, we'll be late for school" a girl rushed to my side as he brown wavy hair was pushed into my face
" Riley stop running all over the place like that, I don't want to get your hair in my mouth." I growled as I walked to the other side of the car
" yeah yeah, keep it to yourself pretty boy" she snorted and got in as well
I was called a pretty boy around these parts, well only by the clan of course. Everyone at school thinks were the same as them, humans who hate their lives so much they want to stay home and do nothing. Well thanks to being a werewolf I have to guard the house at night before our parents get home. My father tells us to never let vampires into our territory, but I've never believed in vampires or even seen one. My sister thinks theres one at out school, which I doubt since they hate the smell of mute.
" so what classes do you have today" I asked her glancing at her ever so often
" boring stuff as always, do you have anything else to ask then just that. " she questioned
" no because I can't think of anything else sis" I muttered glaring at her
" of course" she growled
Parking close to the school we get out into the foggy air, I watch as Riley runs towards her friends. I smile and walk off to class, with no one to laugh with. I wasn't the best at socializing unlike my sister, we're both different in many ways. Our parents say that we are similar, and they list off so many things that are wrong about us. I wonder what they want us to become when their gone, that will be fun seeing their territory being taken over by our rivals. Or just not bothered with because the clan would still be here.
Sitting down in class it started, nothing new happened. Just that we got a new transfer student, he was pale and pretty cute no doubt about it. But why would someone transfer into a school right before first semester finals. I didn't realize I was staring at him when I saw him glare back at me. I gulped and looked away hearing a small chuckle come form him. This already sounds like a cliche romance movie, which makes me sick. And its not, I think? Once school got out I was walking over to my car, I stopped and raised an eyebrow looking behind me.
" dammit, I thought I was going to scare you" the boy groaned his dark black hair covered parts of his golden eyes, his hands were in his pant pockets that were sagging
" your the new kid right" I asked and scratched my head a bit
" you should remember that since you were staring at me" he shrugged and chuckled
" I know that, but why would you want to talk to me " I slightly blushed and looked behind him seeing my sister run up to me. She took my keys and opened the car
" thats a fast sister you got there" he noticed
" thanks stranger, Im in track soooooo" she sassed which made him snort
" thats Riley, I'm Charlie" I spoke and rubbed that back of my neck
" nice to meet you, I'm Jo" he smiled his pearly white teeth at me, which you could clearly see two fangs hanging out
" you didn't tell me you were a vampire" I barked and stepped back from him
" what? Are you scared" he questioned
" no, our old man hates the smell of blood" my sister growls and is glaring at him.
" I'll see you later okay" I nervously smile at him and jump into the car
I turned the car on and looked back at Jo, he was gone. I felt bad for him, if he only knew what we were. But then again he probably new since he did show me his fangs. I sigh before heading home, my sister ran inside as I groaned out of the car. I changed into my wolf form and slightly sulked for this was my only purpose. Thats what I think mostly because I want to be something more then just be a stupid guard dog.
My appearance was a red and grey timber, I was larger then the timber wolf. And a different color, I think? I'm not good at finding differences in the species, my father says I'm better then a timber.
" I hate doing this" I growled and started to walk back and forth in front of the house
Eventually I started to walk around the house, the sun was slowly setting over the trees. The bright light that I wanted to stay and guide me left without a second thought. Stopping behind my house I laid down looking into the woods watching as eyes eyed me, wanting to come closer.
" Charlie, your out here again" a women snorted as a black wolf walked towards me
" Siena please" I groaned
" what, you don't want to go for a run" her British accent spoke out
" no, have you forgot. I have to guard the house until my parents come home" I growled slightly as I stood up shaking the dirt off of me
" their...home" she smiled as I heard a car come up on the drive way
" fine, since you came just in time. Unlike the other times" I mumbled and walked to her side
With a small chirp others came out of the bushes and from behind trees, I raised an eyebrow at her and almost regretted saying yes to this. I heard small chuckles from the others as Siena wanted to show me something. I followed them willingly, which was painful leaving the house unguarded. I glanced back as the lights got smaller and smaller the farther we walked, looking back at Siena they all stopped. I walked in front of them and saw normal people, then my ears glanced to the left. A couple of vampires were cornering them, I growled but Siena stopped me.
" don't get in the way of vampires, or'll they'll make your father mad. And honestly most of them go to our high school, for all we know their one of our friends" she spoke
" oh come on we have to stop them, they don't know its us. And killing for fun is just not right " Cameron growled
" I agree with her" I muttered laying down watching the vampires feast, which sounded horrific.
Siena laid down with me, the rest of the party left from boredom. She chuckled and laid her head on her legs. She glanced over at me, then back down at the docks. She noticed a boy was staring at me, who exactly looked like Jo. It can't be him, this can't be happening.
" who is that" she muttered
" I'm not sure" I looked at the figure who was waving at me
" dude I think he knows you" she groaned
" Is that Jo" I questioned as Siena started to growl
" you actually now him" she growled
" shut up, he introduced himself to me. But how does he know i'm a 'werewolf', I never told him" I spoke looking at her confused expression
" have fun explaining this to your father, I'm out of here" she stood up and left
I watched as she left, I turned around to see Jo in front of me smiling as always. He sat down where he stood and patted my head, I wanted to growl and make him get away from me. But the nice human being I am decided not to do so. I rolled my eyes and laid my head on the ground as he continued.
" you didn't tell me you were a wolf Charlie" he chirped
don't speak don't speak, don't give in Charlie " yeah sorry about that" why did I speak god dammit
" i'm guessing its because of your father, I heard your friend speaking about him so" he muttered and placed his arms in his lap
" I need to get home, my father will be worried. And i'll have to make a stupid excuse for this" I growled and stood up shaking the tree leaves off of me
" oh come on, your fun Charlie, please stay" he whined and smiled showing his fangs
" for an hour and then I'm gone" I muttered as I changed into my human form, I sat down and sighed.
" thats much better" he admitted and ruffled my hair
" what do you want Jo" I glared at him to hear him chuckle
" is it a crime for me to fall in love at first sight" he cooed and tilted his head
" wait... what" I questioned
" the way you stared at me in class, kind of got me thinking." he started
" got you thinking about what" I spoke
" that I might want to get to know you better, but obviously this is only going to be a one sided thing so. Should I leave then" he stood up and gestured back down to the docks
" um please don't actually" I muttered and put my head in-between my legs
" hoo~ what are you thinking Charlie" he purred and sat back down
I didn't know where I was going with this, my body just wanted to run away from him. I stood up ad wiped my eyes from tearing up, he stopped smiling and stared to get worried. I smirk and hug him, he was surprised this was all I wanted to do. He chuckled and hugged me back with a literal death hug. I pushed him away and coughed a bit before rolling my eyes.
" im not saying yes, I just want to get to know you as well" I admitted as his eyes lit up
" for sure, I'll see you round wolfie " he chuckled and vanished into thin air

" out guarding with Siena, do you have a problem with that"
" yes because you smell of vampires" he growled and crossed his arms

" new transfer student at school, please leave me alone I'm hungry" I muttered and walked past him without saying another word.
I wasn't just going to let father hurt them, even if he is a vampire. Father doesn't have the right to tell me who I hang out with and don't. I roll my eyes and walk into the kitchen, I help mother with dinner and go start up to my room with a plate in my hands. I blushed and just blinked as our lips stayed together for a while, he let go and just rolled his eyes. I felt an urge to smack him on the cheek, but then again I didn't. I kissed his cheek instead, he blushed as he sat on my bed. Why did I fall in love with a vampire?
A/N: okay so this is really cheesy and horrible, I just had an idea and started writing. I tried thinking of something to happen but nothing came to mind, so I wrote this. I feel like i made it too cliche to Twilight, but then again it wasn't in the same way. And isn't the movie placed in Rhode Island or am I imagining things. But anyway, this was fun because I haven't don't one of these in a while. Enjoy??
