so guys schol is almost over and like literally i thought abt cutting myself this morning . like i kept on having visions what they would look like if i did do it . it like really unrealistic but like awfully bloody..?/ idk nd like i kept having the vision of me rasing my hands up after doing it and like the vision ends ..??// and i also kept having visions of me recording myself k!lling myself . like either, slitting my throat , or h*n*ing myself .like something is probably happen over the summer bcs it looks like its in that time . or either im in the dark and my lights in my room jst shows me hxnxing there de*d . then either my mom, sistr finding me . that is whats keeping me from doing it, my mom and sister would breakdown and then the vision ends . like its getting rlly weird . help me
