"I don't need to talk to nobody." I said threw the bathroom door.
"Lil mama you been threw some shit let me help you. Meeka she's a good friend of mine she's not here to judge. At least open the door for me." He said his voice was gentle not force full. I cracked open the door and he smiled. He held out his hand I shook my head.
"Can I come in and talk to you?" Meka asked. She was giving Dooda a funny look but I nodded and she came in. She closed the door and I sat on the floor.
"What do you wanna talk about first?" She asked sitting across from me.
"I don't wanna talk."
"Let me talk then I'm meeka and special in special victims cases but sex trafficking victims are mu speciality. You are not the first one I came across." She said.
"What happen to those girls." I asked
"Some of them didn't let there trauma define them others couldn't handle being out. It's different for everyone. The only way you can heal is if talk about your trauma."
"My mom she sold me." I said.
"For drugs?" She asked.
"I got my period and told me she didn't raise no hussie. Told me I had to go." I shrugged.
"How did that make you feel." She asked I screw up my face.
"How you think it made me feel? My mother sold me thinking Black was gonna do me dirty. Black treated me like I was his daughter. He didn't let me leave but I was able to have things like parties and stuff. Black would shut down the whole mall just for me to shop. One day he was drunk and told me how his daughter was killed and I reminded him so much of her. Black died and that's when Bronco took over. The things he use to do to me and make me do I damn near lost it. I tried to kill myself so many times. Now here I am pregnant." I cried. She touched my arm.
"I'ma help you get better. It's not gonna happen over night. You gotta open up to me though. Let me help you." She said.
