"Stupid school! I didn't mean to drop that stupid vase on the ground. The teacher provoked me. Yep, that's a good lie to tell my parents." Taylor muttered under her breath. She was walking home from school in the misty, cold, dark weather. She had gotten detention for dropping the teacher's vase full of flowers on the ground by accident.
"Alright, I'm dead when I get home." Taylor concluded. She stretched her arms in the air, cracking her back gently.
Walking by the graveyard, Taylor noticed shuffling by the bushes that lined up by the fencing, that separated the sidewalk from the grave site.
"Hm?" Taylor instantly became curious. "Who's there?!" She asked in a questionable voice.
A shadow forced it's self out of the bush, trying to tackle Taylor or something. Taylor sighed, stepping back quickly. The shadow hit the car parked on the side of the street that was next to Taylor.
"You've failed at trying to rob me. I have nothing." Taylor sighed, shrugging her shoulders.
The shadow jumped up, appearing to be a young man.
"No, I'm a vampire!" He shouted at her with sharp teeth.
"Whatever. That's a weird custom to be dressed up in." Taylor commented.
"No, really! I'm a vampire! I saw your jugular, and thought you looked fine!"
Taylor narrowed her eyes. "Excuse me?"
The 'vampire' nodded violently. "Yes! It's true!!"
Taylor rolled her eyes defiantly and started walking away. "See ya. You're lucky I didn't call the police or something." She waved him goodbye.
"Wait!" The 'vampire' ran after her. "Please, at least allow me to suck your blood!"
"NO!!" Taylor started walking faster then she was before.
"Then at least allow me to try and receive you!" The 'vampire' called after her. He was jogging up to her.
"You mean flirting? Isn't it a bit late for that, and slightly weird to be flirting with a stranger?" Taylor questioned the 'vampire's' actions thoroughly.
"Yes, it's late for that, but there's nothing else to do." The 'vampire' smiled sheepishly, both him and Taylor walking down the sidewalk now.
"Fine. Go ahead and try. Not that I care." Taylor grumbled miserably.
The 'vampire' clasped his hands together happily. "A million thank yous! I have been saving some that I have heard around town." He purred like a cat.
"Cool." Taylor was now only half listening.
The 'vampire' dug around in his cape pocket. He pulled out a small card, then showed it to Taylor while they were walking.
"Is that a library card?" Taylor queried, cocking an eyebrow up in confusion.
"Good thing I have my library card." The 'vampire' started, "Because I'm checking you out." He then wiggled his eyebrows in a silly manner.
Taylor's eyes widened. "Oh, goodness! I didn't think you were serious!" She started walking faster than ever, the 'vampire' still close behind her.
"Are you Google?" the 'vampire' asked.
"Uh..." Taylor was dumbstruck.
"Because you have everything I'm searching for." The 'vampire' finished.
Taylor sighed, knowing that she probably won't get this weird dude off of her back.
The 'vampire' didn't seem to stop. "On a scale from one to America, how free are you tonight?"
"Very busy. Very. Extremely, perhaps." Taylor looked frightened now.
The wind slowly started to pick up, causing Taylor's nose to started and itch.
"A---ACHOO!" Taylor sneezed loudly.
The 'vampire' snickered. "I would say God Bless you, but it looks like He already did."
Taylor face-palmed. "You're just full of it."
"Baby, your eyes are like an ocean, and I'm lost at sea!" The 'vampire' did jazz hands.
Taylor started walking up the stairs of her house, and opened the door. She quickly slammed it behind her. The 'vampire' looked sad all of a sudden.
"Something's wrong with my teeth. They keep thinking about your neck." He said one last time. The 'vampire' turned around, head looking down sadly.
The door opened slowly, Taylor peeked outside. "Are you a photographer? Because I can picture us together." She said playfully back at the 'vampire.'
