a silence befell the room, the lighting was dim and the security camera was dodgier then it had ever been. the corpse that lied there had suddenly made a rebound to the stat of the living or at least something that was close enough. the corpse respectfully belonged to designated patient #335 aliased as "Juzo" his vison was being regained and much like after a long rest his head was throbbing. the world remained fuzzy in more ways then one, but he couldn't point as to why.

"how does... that... make sense"
Juzo took a breath before eventually picking himself off the ground. he frequently found himself there, even though the room had a ok mattress, not that he ever rested soundly on it.

the lights upon also being dim flickered rapidly, sparks flew from what seemed like loose but bad wiring, though he can't recall them being this badly damaged in all his time here. the door was missing as well as the hinges almost as if implying there was never a door there in the first place. as he scanned the room he found himself needing to turn his head more then normal especially when looking to the right of himself, though he didn't seem to notice this needed adjustment.

carrying on he continued into the corridor. his movements and balance a bit wobbly and his awareness hazy in trying to recall what was before. flashbacks of instances of the facility looking a lot brighter and cleaner compared to know looking raggedy and ran down. even his sense of direction was on the fritz.

" i feel kind of... light?"
they weren't questions that necessarily needed answers but having them might grant him a bit more clarity. on his way threw the corridors he came upon a restroom, he didn't particularly needed to go he just naturally found himself drawn to it. maybe a change of scenery or temperature.
though now that he was there he wasn't sure what he was looking to do. that bathroom certainly didn't look much better. half-assed graffiti about individuals of little importance once being present, some of the stale doors, missing. fragments of a shattered mirror missing.
as he traveled past the reflective frame he saw something in his passing, or rather it was about what he couldn't see. a floating visage of a brain and the floating spherule of a eye and its wiring. something was screaming at him to in-act some sporadic reaction but his body remained unresponsive. an intense rhythm of breathing was all he could manage, though at the very least he wanted to scream.
" i-i don't, what is this...vampirism?"
jokes and one-liners aside it didn't really improve his mood about the situation. making a visual comparison only brought more questions then it solved, not that it solved any. could still see his hands and feet or at least feel them. face too, the borders stopping just short of trying to graze his own think box.
was this a trick mirror, maybe, except the visage seemed to follow. it promptly implied light was ignoring his body by a large extent. though this development made him feel subconscious. the idea of going around and knowing all anyone would see of him was something out of a alien horror movie was much less then ideal. what would he even tell them.
the hours ticked and he felt himself in a panic the kind one felt when they knew the problem but not the solution they desperately desired. his body stiff and still but the mind racing at light speed. maybe he was fine for the moment given it seemed the facility was long abandoned, but at some point he was going to have to talk to or interact with someone or something. 9Please respect copyright.PENANAKuB8Owuh0o

His hands laid heavy on the counter, his head or rather what presumable was left of it hung low. it wasn't as painful as it looked. but it added to the queue of questions that needed answers

his head pivoted toward the corridor, an unknowing savior, by all means they might as well been a flash-bang with the way the hue of their body and clothing clashed with everything else a white nurses uniform, with white hair and skin just as supple her eyes a blue hue of a innocence that seemed impossible pure... in all for a moment it made him forget his problem at hand...9Please respect copyright.PENANACFPu4llT11
