Ryunosuke's toned body glistened in a light layer of sweat as he was panting on the bed. With every thrust, a soft moan escaped his mouth. I watched as his fingers clenched on his head's pillow. I leaned down for a kiss and picked up the pace of my thrusting. Ryunosuke's erotic noises were muffled in our kiss.
I pushed back his bangs with my hand and moved away from his lips. He wasn't wearing his glasses, so I could study all of his facial features and occasionally stare into his eyes.
Suddenly he gasped. “Sen…”
I started to move harder and faster, feeling myself close to climax. With a loud moan, Ryunosuke released himself all over himself-
I jolted up in bed to the sound of my alarm. My eyes widened as the realization came over me.
“That was just a dream, right?” I asked myself.
I looked around and didn't see Ryunosuke anywhere. A sense of relief washed over me as I learned none of that happened. I sighed and put my flustered face in my hands. It’s so embarrassing to have a naughty dream about my friend. I felt even more embarrassed by my bodily reaction. I walked to the bathroom and shamefully decided to deal with it before going to class.
Wednesday (12/22/XX) 7:55AM
It was extremely embarrassing to go into a room where a person you had a wet dream about would be there.
I entered the classroom and quickly glanced at Akio. I saw that he was talking to Ryunosuke and decided to not look at them anymore. I quickly made it to my seat and got ready for class.
Thursday (01/20/XX) 11:00AM
I've been avoiding Ryunosuke since that day. Thankfully we had winter break, so I didn't have to see Ryunosuke face to face for a while. However, winter break quickly passed and we were again back in session.
Despite not seeing him for a few weeks, Ryunosuke was still on my mind. I couldn't quite understand how Ryunosuke was a sorcerer. It became routine for me to not come into close contact with him so that I wouldn't pass out from nervousness.
I looked down at my lunch as I entered the classroom. Suddenly someone swiftly grabbed my wrist and pulled me out of the room.
“Woah Aki! What’s wrong?”
He stayed silent as we made our way to the soccer field. He let go and crossed his arms. “What’s wrong? I need to know what’s wrong with you. You and Ryunosuke have been acting strange lately.”
“Oh…” I scratched my temple. I darted my head around in fear that someone would overhear our conversation. “You’re not going to believe what I’m going to tell you.”
“I’m listening…”
I inched closer to him, placed my cupped hand over my mouth and his ear, and whispered, “Ryunosuke is a sorcerer!”
“What makes you say that?”
“He asked me to be his date to a ball and started to make things levitate!” I clutched onto both of his shoulders with my hands. “Aki… I think demons are possessing Ryunosuke and now he has superpowers!”
Akio suddenly burst out in uncontrollable laughter.
“IT’S NOT FUNNY! WHAT IF HE TRIES TO KILL US?”
“Sen,” he patted my shoulder as he put his arms down. “I believe you, but Ryu isn’t a sorcerer, he’s a wizard.”
“THAT’S WHAT I MEAN HE’S– Wait, you knew that?”
Akio nodded. “I’ve known for a while now.” My jaw dropped as he continued to spill new information at me. “Nikolas is a vampire.”
I crouched on the ground with my face in my hands. I stared at the ground with wide eyes in disbelief. “Please tell me this is a prank.”
“Nope,” he responded. “Is that why you were avoiding us?”
I sat up and looked into the distance, a strange sensation lingering in my stomach. “There’s… Another reason.”
He raised a brow. “That is?”
I ruffled my hair and groaned. “I mean, I’ve always seen Ryunosuke as a friend… Maybe I thought he was attractive because he’s smart and athletic, but isn’t it normal to appreciate your friend?”
“Not unless you like them more than a friend.” He giggled.
I continued to grumble and sat on the floor.
He sat down beside me. “Did you notice any signs that he liked you?”
I shrugged. “Nope.”
Akio facepalmed. “Avoiding Ryunosuke isn't fair for him. Are you afraid of liking him because he's a wizard?”
I blinked as I started to ponder. My feelings are so mixed up, I had no idea what made me feel so hesitant anymore.
“The wizard part isn't that scary now I learned you knew about it. I'm scared that I wouldn't be able to reciprocate the same feelings he has for me.”
Akio leaned back on his arms. “If this reassures you, I'll make sure to be with you when Ryunosuke is around.”
“THANK YOU AKI-CHAN!” I beamed.
He held up his finger. “On the condition that you go to talk to him.”
I narrowed my eyes. “Isn't that the whole reason why I'm avoiding you guys? SO I'M NOT ALONE WITH HIM?”
He let out a sigh. “You're avoiding your problems at this point.” Akio rolled his eyes. “You need to stop acting immature and talk to him.”
I leaped up. “Fine! I'll do it!” I pushed my messy hair back. “I'll talk to him after school.”
Akio wrapped his arm around my neck and smiled. “You got this!”
I nodded hesitantly as we headed back to the classroom.

I anxiously walked towards the gymnasium with a million scrambled thoughts in my head. I could already see the raven-colored-haired wizard leaning against the school building. Once I was a few steps away from him, I stood right in front of where he was, my brain and body completely overloaded with anxiety.
“Akio must've talked to you.”
I looked down at the ground and nodded hesitantly. I held my breath as I waited for him to speak again.
“He didn't need to do that.” I heard him sigh.
“I mean,” I nervously played with my bag strap and refused to look Ryunosuke in the eye. “I need to apologize for avoiding you two. It wasn't fair for the both of you.”
I glanced up and noticed the way Ryunosuke appeared relaxed as he leaned against the school building. “I probably shouldn't have surprised you that way back in December. I'm sorry for scaring you, but…”
He held out his hand and gently held onto mine. I could feel my heart beginning to burst out of my chest. I looked up and locked eye contact with his serious glare.
I stood stiffly and continued to stare at Ryunosuke while he spoke. “I truly do feel about you in that way.” His fingers rubbed against my wrist. They felt oddly cold. “I would like to ask if you could please consider my feelings.” I couldn't help but notice how tender his voice was.
I scratched the back of my head. “I-I can. I'll think about it!” I stammered. “Please give me time to think!”
Ryunosuke let out a chuckle. A sincere one. “Thank you, Sen. Please take your time.”
Akio jogged up to us, calling our names.
Ryunosuke let go of my hand and flashed him a smile.
“Ready to walk home?” Akio said.
The two of us nodded with sheepish smiles on our faces5Please respect copyright.PENANAooj0MDhKy4
