I was chillen with the Songz brother at this kick back. We were outside smoking. Mondae Tuesdae and Fridae were triplets. They were 15 years older then Sundae. I had kicked it with them for years especially after Mookie left. They took me under there wing and showed me how to make real money.
"Maggie told me Pooh is having twins found out she really went threw with that surrogacy Maggie owns." Fridae said.
"I don't believe that." I said.
"Pooh not that same girl you knew she's really emotional after her divorce." He said. Divorce when did she get married.
"Damn she got married." I asked.
"Yeah dude was square as fuck but he was good to my sister so we were good but my sister had five still births and I guess the last one was what broke them up. He still checks on her but they cool now. I'm glad she took that shit in her own hands maybe her ass won't be so damn mean." Mondae laughed.
I know it shouldn't but it bothered me that she was married and out here trying to have kids with somebody that wasn't me. I caught her walking in out the corner of my eye. I think what pissed me off the most was watching her walk in in head to toe make up. I watched her greet her brothers. I noticed I couldn't see none of her patches. Mookie had vitiligo so she had these fare patches on her. I loved her patched seeing her natural and not all caked up in make up was the prettiest sight in the world. The girl I knew before she went away wouldn't have been caught dead covering that shit up. Now here she was in head to toe make up.
She made her way to the good and I followed right behind her. I grabbed a plate.
"Why are you wearing all that make up for?" I asked.
"What does it matter?"
"You have the prettiest natural skin why are you covering it?" I asked.
"I like walking in a room and not having eyes on me." She shrugged.
"Sundae." I heard some guy said and when I turned around it was her old lab partner Antonio.
"Antonio oh my God I haven't seen you since graduation." She said hugging him. I never liked Antonio everyone knew his ass had a thing for my girl and I ain't never like it. He use to play it off with the nerd act but it never fooled me.
"You look good man." He said looking at her.
"So do you. How you been?" He asked.
"Good I'm actually opening a clinic soon."
"Hell yeah that's good. Shit take my card and we can talk. It's nice to see you." He said and they exchanged info. I was getting heated on how she was so willing to take his info.
"Now back to you what is it that you want?" She asked.
"Just some time for some conversation." I said.
"Oh in that case no. I'm good." She said and walked off. As bad as I wanted to chance her I left her alone. I let her be for the rest of the night.
