I must move around my head, my arms

I'm a doll tethered hung with barbwires

Roll back a shoulder elbow and knee

as dust cascades I fall to the floor

I make my escape dragging my chains

I swear I am getting out of here

I got a map, the heart marks your house

Someone burned it so I tattooed it

I swear I'll marry my valentine

Because I am a magician

and you got dreams that need to come true

Because what you and I have is bright

you're the only miracle for me

I must stretch around my wrists, my legs

I'm a puppet dragging thorny roots

But I barely made a mile and stopped

and hell rolls me back, I fall to the floor

I swear I'll marry my valentine

I scream as my nails rake soil and rocks

Because I am a magician

and I got powers that come alive

Because what you and I have is bright

the only phenomenon I need

I must pull, dig in my heels and pull

I'm a bull bucking men off my back

as sand cascades I charge for the door

I make my escape dragging my chains

I swear I am getting out of here

and marrying my dear valentine
