Β Β Imagine you are a child again! What adventures would you embark on? What dreams would you chase? This contest invites you to explore the whimsical world of childhood through your short story-making!π
β’> Guidelinesπ’:
- Genre: Your story can be any genre as long it's only appropriate for viewers 13 and below (horror, romance, adventure, fantasy, sci-fi, etc.)
- Theme and focus: Write from the viewpoint of a child; keep it light-hearted, thrilling, and imaginative, filled with wonder and excitement. Consider themes of friendship, adventure, imagination, love, learning something new, or even your personal experiences!
- Length: The story should be between 200-800 words.
β’> Judging Criteriaπ:
- Creativity: Originality that you have never written before or your own childhood unusual experience.
- Imagery: descriptions of fun, scary, or lovely that evoke strong visuals and imagination.
- Engagement: Ability to captivate the reader and draw them into the real world.
- Character Development: Depth of characters and their experiences within the story.
β’> Prizesπ:
Β Β Winners will receive a medal based on the creator's pick, AND we will post your amazing stories on our BERIES based on your focused genre. (And we meant all story entries.)
