I breathe violently as I feel myself being tipped upside down again. I fall bone-crunchingly on the checkered floor. But it is not white and black; it’s red and black. Collapsing on the floor, I retch violently spilling the contents onto the floor. I think I’ve broken a few bones everywhere; all I feel is numbness. But I however stand up without any pain. It may be with the shock of me falling but I don’t think I have actually broken anything. I look around at my surroundings. It’s very dim with a row of white doors. They are the brightest thing in the room (well apart from the bile, but I don’t include that). There’s a table in which there is no key this time. My head pulsates rhythmically with my heart. I hoist up and stagger to each door and attempt to pull or push it. Each door neglects, even with the utmost power, apart from the middle door. I naturally open the gore-blotted door with ease. I begin to go through but I linger uncomfortably. There is an obsolete mirror there. From my illusory education of magic and the paranormal, I’m obliged to walk through it to foresee the other side. Which I believe is undoubtedly impossible. If only I can come around… I grudgingly promenade towards the mirror and pry my hand through it. I feel not a glassy texture but a silky feel of comfort and then the agony comes bleaching through me… I gulp with shock. It’s like a liquid constituent… liquid glass? I take my hand out and gasp again. It’s full of blood and bone. Ew. This is remarkable: there’s no cuts or marks or bruises on it, just blood and bone. And if it’s only a dream, it wouldn’t hurt me, would it? I take a couple of deep mouthfuls of the putrid air and prepare my run. Running would be best: the fear would escape out behind me. Sort of like air resistance, it would fuse in with the air.
