The Fire Lord looked down at the congregation of people that had gathered for the ceremony and smiled. Today was a momentous occasion for the Fire nation. It was the wedding of The Fire Lord and a noble lady of the Pyre clan. It was this joining between two people that would strengthen the bonds of the Fire nation's people and clans. But this wasn't the only thing on the Fire Lord's mind.
His future wife had a daughter, a little girl of about seven years with fiery red hair and piercing, ice blue eyes. She was the perfect example of what the Fire Princess should be. She would grow to be a noble and fierce warrior among his troops. As the wedding march began, the masses of people in the congregation stood. The doors opened and the Fire Lord's future daughter walked in, dressed in a flaming scarlet dress and silver circlet. Behind her the bride trailed in, accompanied by her father. The little girl was a copy of her mother, with the exception of her mother having bright orange topaz eyes instead of her daughter's ice blue orbs.
The girl's late father, a Water Bender, was the cause of those ice blue eyes. He had always been adamant about the safety of his wife and daughter. But her paid the price when he was murdered without explanation. But that was two years ago, and now the little girl was happy with her new life and excited to have a father figure to look up to.
As the future Fire Princess walked down the aisle, spreading the flower petals along the floor, a pollen cloud escaped the basket of petals, causing the girl to sneeze loudly. However, the sneeze caused her Fire Bending to get out of control and the room started to overheat. The combustible materials that were within reach of the girls fire was immediately removed. Fire shot out of the young girl's eyes and mouth, which was agape due to shock.
Before the fire cleared and the room started to cool down, a shimmering blue light erupted above the girl's head. It was the symbol of the Avatar. The future Fire Princess was showing an affinity with the Avatar's talents. She was the next Avatar.
