Recent events nationally are terrible. They absolutely suck. I hate the fact that with the recent events going on in the States adults, teens and children alike find it funny to throw around insensitive jokes and pull heartless pranks.
There have been multiple announcements on the news saying the several hospitals, schools, etc have been receiving threats through emails and graffiti. I wish that I could say that with the worlds past that people can understand the hurt that they cause to both past victims and to everyone surrounding them but I can't. I also wish that I could say that my school and my city was safe and hadn't received any threats but, I can't. People don't understand that just because they think something is funny or harmless doesn't mean that everyone does and that by writing something with 23 letters on a bathroom stall door can cause the lock-down and cancellation of schools.
