The faithful night was on an extremely cold and harsh Christmas Eve. Christmas was just around the corner yet the Foster’s house was unique in its own way. Liam Foster lived with his overprotective father and his cat in a modern day home however if you walked into their house you would see 2 filled trash bags, if you walked into their house you would see the cat lying on a cloth with a picture of a woman, if you walked into their house, you would see Liam slouching on a chair in the kitchen and the air being filled with grief and dejection.
Liam’s father always tried to cook the same dinner every month on the eve of the day of the incident - Christmas Day was going to be 5 years since Liam’s mother dies in a car accident after sliding off the ice – however although he was burning the food, he didn’t actually notice due to the fact that he was caught up in the heat of the moment as he remembered him and his wife having this exact meal together for the final time before she died. Nevertheless, they both do not eat the burnt and deceased looking food and they just left their untouched plates at the kitchen table because of the fact that Liam heard the cap flap open and close. On the 5 of January, after Liam returns home from another miserable day at his school, he and his father get a phone call that the cat was last seen at Christmas day sliding across the slippery snow and getting horrendously getting pulverised by a van. History had repeated itself again!
