Hi everyone, this story takes place before the giant war. Obviously, this is my first time writing a story so it might not be that good. I do not own any pictures including the cover.
"Everyone class dismissed!" said the teacher. Finally, I can go home why do we have to go to school? Especially those people with dyslexia and ADHD it just doesn't make sense, we can't learn anything with it. Anyways I started to head out fo Goode High and walk back home. When I got there it was crowded. I mean really really really really crowded with police cars. This is very unusual anyways I went inside my apartment gripping riptide just in case. I saw my mom and Mr. Blowfish talking to a police!
My mom's face was red as a tomato and Mr.Blowfish was trying to calm her down. "What do you mean ARRESTING my SON? He has done nothing wrong. NOTHING!" My mom shouted at the police. Arrested? Why would I get arrested? I thought in my head. I was just deciding to eavesdrop on the upcoming conversation when it was too late, my mom already spotted me.
"Hi hon-," my mom was cut off by the police saying, "You are Percy Jackson is that right?" I nodded giving a little confused look. "You are to be arrested for the crimes that you have done in the past Percy Jackson now come with me!" What the Poseidon did he just say? ARRESTED?
I'm a good kid! Everyone knows that even though Annabeth says I have a seaweed brain I'm still a good kid! But it was too late, the police was escorting me down the stairs to his car.
I need to get this straight why not talk it out then? Smart Percy! So I locked my knees in order to stop the police from dragging me into the car and said, " What proof do you have to know that I'm the criminal? That I'm the one who made all those crimes?" the police just looked at me like I was dumb. "Don't we have enough proof? All the pictures, newspapers, and we can even go to your school where we have plenty of proof in the gym! NOW GET IN THE CAR OR I WILL HAVE TO USE PURE FORCE!" the police spat at my face. I have to get out of here, this place isn't safe but I can't reach riptide! Help I don't want to be arrested I did nothing wrong its the monster's fault, monster's fault!!!
