In 1999, I first made up the story about the Teen Rebels; their names were Jacquel Temujin-Kahn, Moira Darlington, Stucart Basil, and Temmy Luciana Renaldo and they caused nothing but trouble for the people living in Monterey, California.
The story, unlike today's counterpart "The Green Hill Manor Mystery" (which takes place in the city of Harrison Creek, Oregon in the year 2010), takes place in the year 1988, and the main character, Josie Stebbins, is living a rather unconventional lifestyle. Her mother works while her father stays at home as a househusband. She is known as the "weirdo girl" in her middle school and is a non-conformist. When she meets Moira Downing, Seth Burke, and Trixie Leigh Stebbins, sparks start flying and the kids change the way that most teenagers view the world.
Well, that was that story. Albeit a few changes (such as the elimination of many unnecessary characters and storylines), that same story will be remade for a new generation to read. This is that story.
