I walked to school, backpack in tow, I was really stressed, my parents had gotten me new cloths, but from the Goodwill, and I didnt know how the others at my school would react, some of the girls always bothered me, mostly Naya and Lily, but other than that, all I got from other girls were nasty comments or discusted looks. I arrived at school, Here goes nothing... I walked through the doors, and saw everyone at their lockers and people talking, I also saw where Naya and Lily were. "Just try to walk past them... they may not notice you.." I said to myself, I went through the halls with my head down, until I heard someone call out. "Hey! Evelyn! Gat over here loser!" It was Lily, I rolled my eyes and walked over to them. "Trying to go somewhere?" Naya asked. "Yeah.. its called class... maybe you should check it out sometime.." I said, they usualy skipped class, but never got in trouble because they would always have an excuse. "Excuse me?" Naya asked, walking closer to me. "Did you get those from the Goodwill? My mom just dropped those clothes off there, you get your clothes from there?" Lily asked. "I mean I would expect someone like you to have clothes like that." Naya said, the both giggled. "And I guess I would expect someone like you to have an annoying attitude." I said rolling my eyes, I was then pushed down bye Naya. "What did you say?" She asked, putting her hands on her hips. "Oh, I forgot I'm supposed to respect my, I think I see a little mustach growing in.." I said, Naya quickly covered her upper lip, and Lily went in front of her. "Stupid attention seeking rat!" Lily kickedd me in the stomach, people were now crowding around us with cameras, and some yelling "Fight! Fight! Fight!" After she kicked me, I got up. "The only rat I see here is you!" I said, she tried punching me, but I saw that and quickly dodged, I grabbed the arm she tried punching me with and kicked her in the stomach sending her to the ground. "Now you've done it!" Naya yelled, she tried kicking me, but I grabbed her leg and threw it down. "Come on, just leave me alone then we can end this." I said rolling my eyes. "Oh I'll end it." Naya punched me in the eye, it hurt but I have had worse. She then tried to kick me again, but this time when I caught her leg, I didnt let go, and with that, she tried punching me, and I grabbed her wrist, I then threw her to the ground. "Now, stop messing with me, leave me alone, and everyone else alone, or else next time, I will make it worse, do I make myself clear?" I asked they looked mad but I saw a little look of fear in their eyes. "Uggg! We'll get you back for this Evelyn!" Naya yelled helping Lily up. They both then walked away and I headed toward class, on the way there I got high fives, and people were actually talking to me! And as I found out, no one really liked them, apparently, they were mean to more people than I thought. I actually made a lot of new freinds that day, and actually sat at a table! I usualy eat in the Library. Lily and Naya messed with me a little after that, but only a few looks, snide remarks, and nasty comments, but they never tried hurting me again, and if they tried hurt anyone else, I would interfere. At the end of the day, the real monsters are the ones we fear. A/N I just wanted to say, if you are getting bullied, tell someone, if that person does not help you, look for other people who are being bullied by the person/people who bully you because you can form a group, and if one of the members in the group are being bullied, you and the other members interfere, you will end up with a lot of freinds, and most likely still get bullied, but a lot less.
