For how ages work:
> Creatures age at the normal human speed until they reach adulthood. Their lifespan is listed in human years. When a creature reaches their race's age of adulthood, their body's physical aging slows down. To what degree varies by race so they live longer than humans and appear younger longer on average.
Magic and non-human creatures:
> Non-human creatures (demons, celestial's, mythical, etc.) commonly have innate magic. Some humans can be born with a natural ability to channel magic, on average, most non-human creatures are more in-tune with the magic in the world that allows them a natural channeling ability.
