After losing her father's mill, Elle strikes a deal with Antoine, the last of the disgraced House of Carabas: pretend to be his sister and woo the prince, ensuring the two of them -- as well as Elle's younger sister -- a path to easy street. However, as the scam unfolds before them, Elle must decide between her honor and her security before it all goes wrong. 

AN: So, I just wanted to write this story for fun! I do plan to become a writer in the future, but for now, I want to test the waters and see what other people think of my writing.
