Hey, y'all! It's Sslytherinprincess, and today we will be doing BOOK REVIEWS!
These are some of my top 15 favorite books of all time, and I am putting these on here so that you guys can enjoy them too. I will give the title and the author. I will also put how many books there are if it is a series.
Now, let's get into it!
1. Keeper of the Lost Cities (Shannon Messenger)
These books are AMAZING! They have 8 books so far:

2.Harry Potter (J. K. Rowling)
The Harry Potter books are probably some of my favorite books in the ENTIRE WORLD. I strongly recommend them
HP and the Sorceror's Stone, HP and the Chamber of Secrets, HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban, HP and the Goblet of Fire, HP and the Order of the Phoenix, HP and the Half-Blood Prince, and HP and the Deathly Hallows.
3. Percy Jackson and the Olympians ( Rick Riordan)
I am a HUGE fan of Greek mythology, and I read all the time. That knowledge is not very important for you to understand what's going on, but I do recommend reading some first.
PJATO and the Lightning Thief, PJATO and the Sea of Monsters, PJATO and the Titan's Curse, PJATO and the Battle of the Labyrinth, and PJATO and the Last Olympian.
4. The Potion Diaries ( Amy Alward)
These books are great for someone who enjoys reading a fantasy/romance/adventure mix. I enjoyed them a lot!

The Serafina story is a little bit of humor, a little bit of romance, and a LOT of mystery and adventure. I absolutely LOVED this series, and Robert Beatty is one of my fave authors!

6. The Hunger Games (Suzanne Collins)
These books really ended up changing my perspective of our world. I started to realize that this could really happen to other countries. But, overall, it's a great book series for someone who enjoys visual books.

7. The Big Fat Notebook series
These books are COMPLETELY NON-FICTION. I have found them super-helpful for getting through my first year of middle school and they help a lot with studying.

8. Red Queen (Victoria Aveyard)
These books are about people who are separated by blood. Literally. Some have red blood, and some have silver blood. It's a little weird, but I completely recommend them to y'all!

9. The Land of Stories (Chris Colfer)
These books take such a wonderful twist on classic fairy tales, like Cinderella, Briar Rose (Sleeping Beauty), and Snow White. The main characters are twins from NYC, one who loves fairy tales and school, the other quite the opposite. I really love these books and suggest you read them!

10. Cruel Beauty (Rosamund Hodge)
This book is a very romantic story. It's almost like a fairy tale gone wrong, I suppose.
It's still a great book, anyway, and I highly suggest you read it!
11. Gone With the Wind (Margeret Mitchell)
This is SERIOUSLY one of the best books of all time. Published in 1936, it is considered one of the most classic books of all time. It takes place during the American Civil War, and the main character, Scarlett O'Hara, it a true Southern belle.
She's sassy, vain, arrogant, petty, and out-right pretty. It's a great novel, and even though it's long, it an EXCELLENT book.
12. The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (John Boyne)
This book, I will say, is depressing. It takes place in Poland, right by Auschwitz Concentration Camp, during WWII. It is the heart-warming friendship story of Jewish and a Polish boy, who were on opposite sides of the fence. They made a movie in 2008, but I suggest that you read the book first!
13. The Boy at the Top of the Mountain (John Boyne)
This story is fictional, but it's about a boy who spent some of his life with the Nazi Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler. It's very depressing, but it is a book that, sadly, is realistic fiction.
14. The Boy who Dared (Susan Campbell Bartoletti)
This is about a boy who was part of the White Rose, an Anti-Nazi resistance group made up of mostly high school and college students.
It is a wonderful tribute to those who lost their lives because of their brave resistance to the evil of the Third Reich.
15. Uncle Tom's Cabin (Harriet Beecher Stowe)
OK, last book. This story was published in 1852 and showed the world the brutality of American slavery. The book is said to have "helped lay the groundwork for the American Civil War." This book is amazing at helping portray the sadness and racism of that dark period in American history. This book is great if you ever have to do a paper about the American Civil War.
