Complete darkness. The last thing I remembered was being at home and...then darkness.
Since that happened I have always wondered if dying just feels like that...
Everything goes dark and then... nothingness.
Since then, I have been unable to eat bread without feeling weird about it even though it didn’t have anything to do with it.
My fainting had revealed something worse that completely changed my two final years of high school, and changed my whole life forever. I had a tumour in my brain and only then that it was having an impact on my health.
It is very scary to learn those kind of news. You always think “that’s it. Life was for nothing. This is the moment I learn I’m dying for real...”
I mean, we all joke when we’re kids and say the things we would like in our hypothetical funerals but when death seems so near and so... real, all of that just becomes reality....
I actually thought it had been the bread’s fault!
That week at school we had to do a workshop which required us to bake our own bread to learn about fermentation. We used a baking powder which was about 16 years expired and... everybody who ate the bread got ill. I was stuck at home for a few days with a horrible headache and then the other things happened. 476Please respect copyright.PENANAzlunDOZyvr

Now I am older and I survived. Having a tumour doesn’t always mean cancer and it is also a condition that can be treated and kept being checked afterwards.
