Now that Halloween is coming... what should Leo do then "should I dress up Shin with different sexy and cute looking outfits? Or should the two of us celebrate it with horror movies then?" Leo thought hard and good it's a hard choice when you have the cutest and sexy boyfriend Shin has this attraction for being spoiled by his teammates even Libra treat him much better than anyone at this point and time too.
Well, the two can celebrate this holiday with horror movies but what if Shin is a scaredy-cat then that will be the biggest guilt he will have if he tortured his poor cutie then maybe Leo should torture himself then by seeing Shin in cute and sexy outfits "OH~ it will be heaven and hell at the same time I sure hope the girls have an outfit specifically made for him too?" Leo thought pervertedly.
His phone rang loudly signaling there's someone calling Leo sighed "this early now can there be just one time does this not happen at all!" checking his phone then smiling excitedly it's Shin then curiously thought he never actually wakes up this early at all maybe he has an easy mission which is a great relief for everyone even Libra.

Shin: Sorry to call this early morning I've been meaning to ask do you want to cosplay near the mall my teammates said it will be a stakeout mission as well.
Leo: Ah~ maybe it will not be but what type of costume are you planning to wear?
Shin: Maybe a werewolf or warlock! Did maki say that I already have a costume right now? I am fucking nervous!
Leo: Hmmm~ it might be another girl outfit maybe Neko looks good on you!
Shin: I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that right now but scary as hell if they actually do that I sure hope you can be one too ya know!

Leo smirked he loves it when he gets the opportunity to tease his poor fire user to death with dirty jokes he could hear the same sound of the crashing of Shin's phone on the other ends God the sounds of the phone crashing cause of embarrassment and the laugh honestly every sound he makes is absolute heaven for Leo.
Leo sighed and got ready for morning missions then remembering suddenly that they don't have one yet for this day as well walking out of the room and into the silent hallways of the office his thoughts are scattered around right now one is excitement for whatever cute/sexy look Shin will get.
"Good morning Leonardo! You seemed to be earlier than your usual?" Klaus-san asked curiously while Leo smiled.
"Ah~ I slept early yesterday so... I don't have any reason to stay in bed longer than that besides I want to check on if they are missions that will be posted today as well!" Leo confirmed happily while sitting down on the couch.
"Sadly there are no new missions blood breeds must be on a holiday as well this the perfect time to have a break so please do enjoy your Halloween with Chibi as well!" Stephen-san encouraged giving him a soft smile.
"I have heard that the girls on their group actually created a Halloween costume for Chibi I do pity him for being bullied way too much just like that but thinking about it right now he's actually cute!" Chain-san added while petting Leo's head softly.
"Indeed he is he does have way too much feminine looks on him to be recognized as one except for extra buffs that's one!" Zapp-san chimed in from the hallways a teasing smirk on his face.
"You too Leo-Kun ya look like one as well if you two are dressed right everyone would think you are girls maybe flatchested but still one right!" K.K-san teased hard while Leo glared at her.
"You bastards that's way too much and us being girls are..." Leo can't say anything now but probably already started thinking dirty as well.
The Libra group thinks that their poor Leo is indeed going straight for hell now and it seems like he won't regret it at all Halloween was the worse day for Leo being kidnapped and tortured all-day so...it's kind of weird and relieving to know that finally, he is excited about this day right now and all of them planned a break just for Shin and Leo.
"I wonder... am I going to be alive if I ever see Shin in whatever outfit he has this day now!?" Leo thought panicky about dying early without any deed or last words as well now... what about it he should be in a Maid outfit or modernized angel... God just by thinking about it I might as well die now and have fun in either heaven or hell right!?
"I wonder if I'm going to heaven or hell then? God the extreme cuteness of Shin-chan is enough for me right now I will never ask for more now!" Leo thought excitedly while softly pacing back and forth trying to think of what did to the girls at Company 8 have in store for him right now he sure hopes too if they have an outfit for him considering that Shin actually called in and asked to be his partner in there too.
"Ah~ Leonardo you better be going now Obi-san asked if you can try on the couple outfits for you I don't know what type is it but be cautious with those girls they vicious in blackmailing I've heard!" Klaus-san warned while softly drinking his tea.
"No worries I've actually been blackmailed by them before and trust me I can confirm it too!" Leo said frustrated at the memory.
"Chibi must actually another one then that's why he can't move on with being a normal boy right now but he's a definition of cuteness in every sense of the way and I can't do any justice to it too!" Chain-san added while Leo's death glared at her.
"Chibi is someone that needs to be spoiled to death while he's like this and who would not be angry when Chibi is not pleased right Leo-Kun?" K.K-san said happily while all of them nod in response.
"Now I do wonder who's cuter Leo or Shin then? For me, it's Chibi he just has this face that screams can you give me something and a forever puppy face!" Zapp-san chimed in from the front.
"Leo's more feminine and reserved than Chibi but his charms are being the most cool-headed person ever hidden personality is another thing altogether." Klaus-san cut through almost happily.
"Ok then Klaus-san just text me if there are any missions today and I will be there in no time!" Leo said happily while smiling as Klaus-san petted his head.
"Chibi he really likes being pampered huh? Whenever he gets what he wants he grows cuter than ever." Zapp-san teased softly while giving Leo a smile.
"Can you guys stop for a moment right now? By the way did ever Libra got a stakeout mission with Company 8 cause Shin said about something like that?" Leo asked while skipping around the room.
"Well, there are no records for today right now but did Chibi actually got scammed again?" K.K-san asked as well curiously while staring at an excited Leo.
"We all know he's as oblivious as hell so... we can be sure that it happened this time cause the girls like doing that to the poor child right now!" Zapp-san answered as excited as Leo is.
"Hey he's not that much ya know but Obi-san likes joking around and nobody can say no to the girls if you don't want to get blackmailed forevermore!" Chain-san informed happily he knows that captain as a joker.
"Let's agree like that then!" Klaus-san cheered while all of the group members sighed.
(AFTER MEETING HOURS)
Finally, morning meeting hours have ended and after that, there will be no other ones for this day as well so... Leo has the whole day for himself and Shin that makes his poor heart excited and giggly for whatever Halloween party he will get he doesn't want to know if Shin actually likes to dress up as a girl or more than that but if ever he gets to know what it is that makes him go along that hell then he will accept it no matter what.
Leo skipped through the door and into the outside door humming happily breathing in the fresh air the more he does missions in here even better with Shin makes him relaxed that he finally has someone that will be his forever and will never leave him no matter what.
Leo can say that he's possessive as hell and protective but this the first time he can get a lover he only knows how to get attracted not fall in love instantly just like that when they first met the more he thinks about being together long term relationship with Shin can be the best choice for him and he will never regret that he met his fire user is more than enough now.
"Shin are you sure that you will take up the offer between those girls?" Leo wondered hard while walking through the station.
"The station for Tokyo City express trains will be opened for the public for the Halloween event in Aki mall it will be here up until the all souls day!" The announcer said.
"That's extremely convenient for me I sure hope there are no longer lines right now this popular now but I guess if I want to be there before the event I will have to take this too!" Leo thought half excitedly while walking through the cash lines.
"Tokyo Express Lines will have 30 minutes waiting in line for cash and for automated nothing so far so happy travels!" The announcer continued happily.
"Happy travels indeed I should look around for a while if I can find any Express Lines that are not as popular as this and still can do the job." Leo thought seriously he has to be fast for this.
"Express Lines...? Hmmm... there are only two so far one is the NK which is a long way while FG shorter but slow... should I wait 30 minutes or just go for the pricey parts then....?" Leo said to himself softly while looking at the train layout.
"Maybe I should go for the pricey ones then! I can't wait anymore and Klaus-san said that he will be the one to pay just for this event right now." Leo continued softly while walking straight to Express Lines.
Walking straight to the TCEL trains after paying from Klaus-san's card looking around he saw so many people dressed in different anime cosplays and even acting as one which impressed him a bit cause of the effort and care that happens whenever this goes on but for him, Shin does not need to act he just have to show his embarrassed face then everyone's gone all at the same time.
(AFTER AN HOUR)
Finally arriving at the foot of Company 8 office damn... then he saw someone walking straight to him looking at the woman this must be Iris-chan he met her before she was a nice girl he could even say a perfect one for all straight guys maybe she's popular with them then?
"Oh~, Leo-Kun how are you I've heard that you will be spending time with Shin-Kun in a mall for an event right?" Iris-chan asked happily while walking straight to Leo and opening the gate.
"Yes, Iris-chan is Shin-Kun getting ready already? What type of look you planned out for him too?" Leo asked curiously while walking in.
"That's a surprise for you! We have a costume for you too but it's different we've decided to give you a couple of costumes for now!" Iris-chan cheered excitedly while Leo shivered to be nervous for worst.
"Iris-chan~" Obi-san's voice rang out.
"Yes sir?" Iris-chan sounded back while gesturing for Leo to follow her.
Leo walked through the rundown chapel observing the beauty and thinking about how it stood here up until now Iris-chan seemed to be her favorite part of the headquarters then? After a while, he saw himself smiling excitedly and nervously cause all of the members are here today he could already see himself being interrogated fast right now but at the same time curious at what type of work the others do.
The members some smiled and some smirked as they saw the infamous chibi of Libra Obi-san gestured for Leo to come in and introduce himself to the group Leo shivered nervously cause Company 8 only knew him by the folder and thinks that he might be doing something bad to Shin "But their reactions are different this time now?" Leo thought curiously.
"Hello everyone I'm Leonardo Watch!" Leo introduced himself quickly while fidgeting with his fingers.
"Hello Vulcan I'm the engineer or inventor for the Company~," Vulcan said happily while walking upfront.
"Tamaki here!" Tamaki said waving at Leo excitedly.
"Oh~ hello there you have the All-Seeing-Eyes-Of-God right? by the way Litch!" Litch said curiously staring at Leo intently
"Maki-san I see you met Iris-chan already that's good to know!" Maki-san added while looking at a door?
"So... where's Shin-chan?" Leo asked nervously while Maki stared and smirked at him.
"Oh~ he's still at the dressing area we've already finished up the make-up so... now the last thing is the dress hope you like/love it Leo-Kun!" Tamaki said excitedly having the same smirk as Maki-san.
"Hey, Maki-san are you sure this what I going to wear as shoes they are so high!" Shin's voice rang out from the dressing area.
"Wait for a moment please guys I think our princess needs help with his clothes! Leo-Kun do you want to check out your costume too?" Maki-san said while skipping through the office.
"I guess if I get to see whatever Shin-Chan's clothes are I might as well check mine as well then...." Leo trailed off while he's nose bleeding softly.
"Maki-san are you sure I'm going to wear a wig it's itchy as hell!" Shin's voice rang out again.
Leo glanced at the locked door Maki-san gesturing for him to go in and check out whatever his fire user is doing "from what I get he's actually wearing another girl outfit now... what type of blackmail did he get this time?" Leo thought curiously while a soft knocking can be heard from Maki-san and it was answered by wait for a moment.
The door is opened and Shin-Chan? With a bright red outfit a dress with so many frills and ribbons and red top hat with the same color of his eyes "Holy SHIT is this actually my Shin he's too good looking girl to be called a boy!!" Leo thought panicking hard while his nosebleed grew more and more like a leaking faucet while Shin-Chan's devil smile is at it's full force now.
Shin looked around blushing brightly as Leo stared hard at him he instantly knows that this bastard is already thinking something dirty right now he smiled nervously as Maki-san helped him with the shoes and tidying up some loose threads for the dress Leo is currently dead in the head right now and it's making Shin very fucking nervous now.
"A-A-Ah! L-L-Leo h-hope y-you like t-the dress I guess?" Shin stuttered out as he looks away.
"Oh~ I l-l-like it I was hoping for something simple but I guess the girls here wants to create a beauty right now!" Leo said half excitedly while walking towards to Shin.
"Leo we have a simpler outfit for you it's different right now but you will like it too!" Maki-san cut through excitedly.
"Hey Maki-san can we see our princess now I'm getting anxious on how looks right now!" Tamaki's impatient voice rang out from the office.
"Later Tamaki-Chan we need to check Leo's looks before we reveal our cutie besides it's a surprise for everyone after all." Maki-san half yelled while trying to find Leo's clothing.
"Leo can you help me walk with this high heels it's hard I always got out of balance!" Shin complained not wanting to get up on his feet now.
"It's not normal huh? Ok I will hold you while you get used to it!" Leo encouraged softly while petting Shin's head happily.
"Just a question Shin-Chan do you really like wearing girl's clothing?" Maki-san asked softly while Shin blushed hard.
"It's kind of a yes and no... it's yes cause of how comfortable I feel with knowing that it will help with Leo and I's relationship at least we can hide then no cause of honestly I can't accept it yet!"
