2. KISHIMOTO ADMITTED TO NOT GIVING SAKURA A REASON. Kishimoto gave Karin a reason. She fell in love with Sasuke because he SAVED HER LIFE. All other feels of how awesome and cool he is was AFTER EFFECTS. As in, YES, her love may have been unhealthy, but my entire point was she was GIVEN A REASON
3. I never once stated Sakura only loved Sasuke for his looks, I stated Kishimoto DIDN’T GIVE SAKURA A REASON. He even fucking admitted it will it “the reason Hinata loves Naruto is clear, but I didn’t give a reason for Sakura” but he gave us a reason for Karin. Facts

It is true that she mentions his handsomeness and praises it in a crazed way for some time:
But exactly ONE page later it is revealed through her actions that her seeming fixation with his looks was actually just an act to deceive the guards into letting their attention go elsewhere by getting them to underestimate her.
Notice how her expression changes once she is no longer facing them and they have gone on to do other things. She is entirely serious and not at all focused on Sasuke, instead of concentrating on their words and movements. The painting has ninja tools hidden behind it. She needed them to ignore anything they might have noticed she did with it so that she could use the tools to escape. This required that they dismiss any activity they sense between her and the painting, hence why she spent who knows how long-running around with it and making it the center of her world.
Karin was not revealing the true nature of her feelings for Sasuke in this scene, that wasn’t it’s purpose. Much like all the other scenes featuring her in the prison or interrogation room, it was to show how clever she was and how she didn’t need super strength or special abilities to protect herself. She used people’s willingness to underestimate her along with good acting to fool not only the guards but apparently half of the Sakura fans as well.
Honestly, I’m proud of those scenes.
