Jacob walked to the road.
It was 7:10 PM.
He became nervous.
He looked at the cars.
They zoomed at 80 miles per hour.
He drove home.
That was thirty minutes' away.
It felt like a lifetime.
Before he could do anything, he saw a car was broken down. He saw a pregnant woman with her teenage daughter; he stopped the car. 'Are you alright?', he asked her. 'No. My husband, Roman, is dead. He was driving too fast around Shale Road; he is a race fiend', she answered.
'I'm Jacob. I was just released from hospital because of medical problems. I'll call 9-1-1', he said. He saw a pay phone, and called the operator. And told her what happened, then he waited for the ambulance, as well as the Wisconsin Police Department.
It was six minutes' later when help arrived.
