I like Inazuma Eleven 'cos it's about football(and plus there are loads of cute boys as well! :-D ). NOTE: In Inazuma Eleven football is called soccer.
The series revolves around massive soccer fan Mark Evans, who strives to keep the neglected school soccer club from being disbanded. Unfortunately, though, they aren't very good!
But then the news of the exhibition match against the toughest team in the country, Royal Academy, and arrival of the legendary striker Axel Blaze turns everything around and soon the club is winning matches left, right and centre!
However, all is not as it seems.
First, there is the mysterious mystery of the original Inazuma Eleven team - that Mark's grandfather David Evans was a part of - and their seemingly unknown fate. And then there's Ray Dark - a plotting, scheming villain whose only goal is to ruin soccer for everyone!
If you are a big fan of ME you may have seen my Inazuma Eleven FanFiction: Drop Dead. On the intro I have done a long list of Japanese and English names.
This is because Inazuma Eleven, like all Japanese anime, originates in Japan (surprise, surprise(!)).
Yeah, I just thought I'd say, that's all.
So, I like Inazuma Eleven because it's an inspirational series and teaches you about resilience and courage, as well as overcoming obstacles.
Apparently, according to them, it's suitable for the whole family, but in my opinion, there's probably an age boundary that may differ from household to household to household.
It does include a bit of mild language which I also use in Inazuma Eleven FanFiction: Drop Dead (but the series actually includes much fewer deaths). NOTE: The Jalanese/English sub version actually contains considerably more language than the English dub, but no 'swearwords' as such.
And that's why I love Inazuma Eleven!
