“Do you believe in true love Andy ?” she said , looking ahead at the sunset leaning close the blue ocean. He remained silent not knowing what to say to her , such beauty dimmed by the closing night scene. Summer's black hair flowed so elegantly with the wind almost as if the night was taking her with it.
It's been a week since I transferred to Malta , small island about 423,282 citizens living in this small island across the Mediterranean sea. I came from Italy , my parents wanted to go to a small island but still be near our country of origin. I don't necessary hate Malta , but near our country its so small and the language its so hard to understand , thank God I studied English in my previous school cause I would be having a big problem here, there are people who speak fluently Italian but better at English, well who blames them, English is there second language.
“Summer are you ready? You don't want to be late for your first day of school.”my mum yelled from downstairs.
Yes my name is Summer like Summer , my old classmates used to tease me a lot when winter came. My mum once told me that she named me Summer as I was their ray of sunlight in the cold weather, my mum is American so that's were the name originally came from. My mum and dad meet here in Malta , that's another main reason why we came here in the first place. I love my parents they're really weird sometimes but I love weird.
I grabbed my bag from my unmade bed and went downstairs.
'”Hunny you should smile , we came here to have a new life so you could feel better right ?”my dad sighed heavily.
“I thought we came here so you could remember all the lovely dovly things you used to do when you were kids.”I said while sighing so heavily trying to escape the usual awkward situation that brought us here and how I wished to escape my past.
My mum smirked and said “Ohh you mean like this?”
She leaned close to my dad while putting his usual morning tea on the table and kissed him.
“Mummm please I just woke up and had breakfast please don't make me remove it all on your table!!.”
My mum and dad looked at each other and started to laugh. My mum's laugh is so beautiful , well she used to be a model before she gave up her career cause she had me. Her beautiful brown hair rolled up in a messy bun , her brown eyes shining, probably cause shes laughing so hard that shes about to cry. And then there's my dad handsome man, tall black haired and gray eyes, he's quite the lady killer , as my mum describes him. I went to look in the mirror for the last check up before
my dad takes me to my new school, compared to my parents i'm quite normal, make up to cover my pimples ,black long hair like my dad's and my mum's brown eyes, but I don't consider myself as a man-killer like my dad describes my mum , yeah speaking like this I think were quite the killing family.
Dad drove me to school, when he came to a stop , as I removed my seatbelt, dad said:
“Summy, think about it as a whole new fresh life, at least try I haven't seen you smile in ages.” he said with that Italian accent.
He looked really concerned , I love him for this but I need to recover with my own pace and then maybe someday I'll smile again.
“Dad ….. Thank you for your concern , I'll be ok so don't worry about me and take care for your new work.”
Dad was an Artist , once when I was little he drew me so accurately I almost thought I was looking in the mirror. Once I remember telling him that he's better then Leaonardo Dicaprio, that was when I first saw Titanic and thought how stupid I was telling him he's better than an actor , acting a part in a movie, well he laughed and hugged my tightly without explaining the difference so in part is his fault.
“Well I'm off , thanks for the ride.”I said while opening the door of the huge Mercedes car that dad bought exactly as we arrived Malta.
Dad called me from the half opened window;
“Good-luck Summy buu!”
I looked around trying to see that no one else heard that , he always calls me that and I'm 19 know so it's kinda embarrassing, I gave my dad a death glare.
“Ok Ok I understand my baby buu is all grown up.”
he said while laughing and rolling the window up.
I sighed in relief as I saw the car going down the hill, I crossed the road and began walking up the small hill to the school where I'm 3 months in the semester. I stopped walking looking up where all the students are entering the school. I stayed there staring for about a minute when someone tapped my head , as I was just to turn around and yell to who ever it was , I stopped in my track , no one was there and I just shivered :
“What the fuck ?!' I whispered under my breath,
“Well the fuck is in front of you little miss.” a soft husky voice spoke. When I turned around I couldn't see very well the sun was in my eyes and I couldn't make out his face.
“Who are you? And Hey who you called little miss huh ?”
He laughed slowly , “Well I don't know who you are but I quite like you , thinking about skipping your first day of school little miss ?” Know he's pissing me off, when I was about to tell him just what was needed to be told he turned around and started to run to the main gate. “What the hell was that about,”
that was my first thought but then I was thinking about his silk voice almost like liquid butter, at that moment I shook my head.
' Liquid butter , come on Sum think something better … ughh'
I said to myself and started walking to the main gate.
The Day passed quickly , I was the new meat I guess and everybody from all of my classes whispered as I came in class as if I was some new gossip or something , well I changed school a few times so I'm quite the expert of these situations.
At 2.15 I finished my lessons and went to sit somewhere until my dad called me as I need him to pick me up since I get lost easily.
I sat down on a bench far away from all the school blocks, there were a lot of benches with different colors , if dad was here he would say:
“ Hah thats quite creative.”
My dad and his creative mind made my head hurt since once he began he never stopped talking, but that a good quality of his.
I popped my headphones in my ears and played the Black Veil Brides play list, as I was looking ahead to the view from this school, a bird landed on a branch near me , I got inspired with all the creative mind thinking so I grabbed a paper and a pencil and began to sketch the little bird, it's a type of bird I haven't seen around.
“Your skilled huh ?”
a soft and cheerful voice startled me from behind , as I jumped a little the bird took off.
“ Aa sorry didn't mean to startle you … and the bird hihi.”
as I turned around , there was a familiar girl , she's petite, long beautiful red-brown hair and brown eyes that glitter every time she smiles ,
“You're....”I said ,
“Sorry haven''t introduced my self I'm Cadie , where in the same English class .”
She smiled happily and gave me her hand to shake.
“Yeah I thought your face was familiar.”
I said coldly while taking her hand. She took a seat near me and looked ahead silently.
After sometime she said ;
“Do you understand guys ? Cause I don't.”
She blurted out and I just stared at her while a “Huh?”slipped from my lips.
She continued : “Cause you know I just don't understand why a guy says he likes you for a long time and then when you feel the same way about him he acts coldly … I just don't understand.”
I continued staring and her and eyes wide ' Why is she telling me this ??' I said to myself.
After sometime she looked at me and saw my confused face and she panicked:
“I'm so sorryyyy , I just saw you here and thought I can talk to her , I feel like I've know you for a long time and that you'd understand , I found myself here when I realized.”
she blushed a little ashamed. I sighed and said;
“Your weird you know ? And I'm not the most reliable person to speak about guys , all fails till know.”
She looked at me and said
“Weird huh ?”
At that time my phone started ringing , it means my father has arrived. As I stood and grabbed my bag I said to her :
“Cadie right ? About that guy let him come to you don't run after him , he's the loser to let you run away.”
She smiled and laughed softly , when I started to walk away I turned again and said
“And about the weird , it's ok if your not normal and I like weird make life more interesting.”
I left her there thinking to herself.
When I arrived at the gate , there was a tall handsome guy looking far ahead of him, I thought to myself that he looks like he's viewing his whole life in front of him, it was kinda cute but from where I could see he had a doom aura about him,
' Ughhh my creative mind huh ? Thanks a lot dad.' I said softly.
I walked past this mysterious guy and as I was about to pass the gate I heard :
“So the little miss didn't miss school huh ?”
There it was that voice again.... don't tell me ?!!!!
I turned around and saw the guy from before smirked back at me. I shock myself back to normal and responded;
“Ohh if it isn't the loner guy by the gate huh ? And I already said that you cant call me that … plus I'm not so small.”
His eyes went wide and he bursted into laughter ' Damn thats a sexy laugh , his jaw line matches his check bones ….. what the hell am I thinking ?' I said to myself.
“ Finished laughing mister big guy ?”
he wiped his fake laughing tears , almost like to mock me, hes hot but he pisses me off.
“Ok Ok sorry about that little miss.”
I rolled my eyes and turned around and started walking away ,
“Ahh sorry sorry come one don't leave.”
I heard him say before he was already near me , hes fast.
“What ??” I said, pissed the hell off.
“You know, you get pissed very easily miss... and if you tell me your name I wont call you little miss again.. and if you add your phone number I start calling you hunny boo.”
My eyes went wide
“What the hell ??? My fathers the only one..... Shit.”I blurted out without thinking ,
he smiled at me and said
“Do you think that I didn't hear your father say that ? He shouted so loud , that was funny.”
Damnnn I already hate this guy , I continue walking trying to calm down and not explode, he didn't follow me this time but he shouted
“ I'm Andy by the way, It's nice to meet you Summer.”
How did he know my name ?? as I turned around to ask him , he was nowhere to be found.
When we were on our way back I asked my dad :
“Dad can someone just vanish in thin air ?”
He didn't look at me , as he was driving but he looked perplexed,
“Where did this come from ??” he laughed softly,
“No where exactly , just thinking .”
My dad sighed and said :
“Well if you think about it no one can actually vanish so easily right ??”
I just looked outside the window and didn't respond to that, my thoughts were all about that mysterious guy , he's very handsome and I'm sure if mum saw him he would say that he's very hot and absolutely a lady-killer , but his character really gets on my nerves , ughhh hope I don't have to see him again.
Weeks passed and I didn't see Andy at all , half off me was relived but the other half really wanted to see him again and see that beautiful smile of his.
On a normal Friday I was sitting in the usual bench were me and Cadie usually meet , we've become good friends , she's a great girl and an amazing friend to have , and I never had that but im happy that she became my friend and I feel safe with her.
“ Heyy Heyy Summ , you know what ?”
She said energetically as ever , I looked at her , expecting and answer , she looked at me while continuing :
“Luca gave me a lift home the other day , and he said that he cared for me … I know theres a lot of bullshit surrounding our situation but I really like the guy and by just a single word and a single touch im the happiest girl alive.”
Just then I remember in Andy and his husky and sexy voice,' Why am I thinking about him ?' I thought to myself.
“ Summerrrrr” she shouted in my ear, her voiced echoed in my ear drums so hard they shouted back to her.
“Wha... whattt ? Cad that fucken hurtss , don't shout so loud.”
She grinned
“Well Sorry but someone was in another planet or dimension just know.”I blinked and said
“Who ?”she rolled her eyes and said while sighing
“God , Summ sometimes I think that or your stupid or you don't have interest in what I'm saying.”She frowned.
“Sorry , just remember something didn't meant to …. about Luca you like him girl so it's obvious that you feel the way that you feel and he's the stupid one if he doesn't see what's in front of him.”
She looked at me , and her face turned like saying Dawhhh and I was moving backwards slowly , cause I know what's going to happen.....
“Summyyyyyyy”
She screamed while jumping to hug me.
I knew it , well at least she's smiling , sometimes I really see her sad and don't know what to do to make her smile. Just then I heard a voice a little far away ;
“Cadie you there ?”
It was Luca , “
Speaking of the devil, you better go and have fun and be careful don't let him hurt you.”
She laughed at me
“I'll be going then , you sure your ok staying here alone until your father comes ? You know you can come with us right ?”
I looked at her and said
“Cad go and have fun , but you'll have to gossip me everything ok ?” She smiled and said;
“ Deal, see yaa girll.”
I waved at Luca and when she arrived near him she waved at me, they left smiling. Well at least she's happy, I sat down and took out my sketchbook and started sketching the scenery.
“ So little miss Summer can draw too huh ? I like creative girls.”
Ugh I know that voice and little miss ? No one other than him calls me that, I didn't bother to turn around just replied :
“Has anyone ever told you that stalking is bad ?”
I spouted while still sketching , he had an answer to that as usual “Well I don't consider myself as a stalker just a hot guy being in the right place at the right time.”
I looked back and said:
“Woww have you ever heard about Self-confidence ? Cause you need some.”
He laughed and sat next to me :
“Other than self-confidence you really make yourself at home easily huh ?”
He smirked and said :
“Well this is a school so.”
I sighed and said :
“You know if you loose the attitude I might actually like you.”
He looked at me :
“So you like me huh ?”
Again with the attitude , I can stand this guy
“ I said I might.”
My phone started to ring , thanks dad just in time, I closed my sketching book and started to stand , when he grabbed me by my hand , he very strong.
Silence fell between us and we just stared at each other.
“ I need to go , now would you be so kind and let my hand go please ?”
He continued to stare at me and then suddenly he let go and smiled :
“So you can be polite too.”
I took my bag and left to that comment. Cadie once told me that she doesn't understand what Luca thinks, now I can completely understand.
Its Weekend finally, I sat down on my sofa lazy as ever, watching some series that I found , The Vampire diaries , this Damon guy reminds me of Andy, but I don't wanna think about that asshole even in the weekend. My mum came in the living room with the phone,
“It's for you dear.” she said while smiling ,
I took the phone while I mouthed to her who it was , she just smiled and left .
“Hello ?”,
“Summyy, it me”,
I knew that voice,
“Cadie, something happened?” I said.
She just laughed through the phone and said :
“Tonight , do you have anything planned ?”
I looked at the sofa and thought how it looked like its calling for me.
“Well....''
'' Aa no well , you just thought about the sofa right ?”
I blinked
“How did …?''
She laughed and said :
“Well I kinda know you now so and girl you really need to buy your own cellphone.”
I blushed a little even tough no one was looking ,
“It literally ran away , screaming its not my fault , plus the other phone is ordered so.”
She sighed and said :
“Ok I'll come pick you up at nine so be ready and wear something sexy, girl , were gonna party.''
She hang up before I could object, I was about to call her back , but mum came running and screaming to me ,
“ Summyy you have a friend and she's coming to pick you up ?''
They heard everything , they always to that.
“ You know mum its rude to hear everything from another phone.''
She continued jumping :
“Ohh sorry hunny its just I'm so happy you have a friend , its been so long since you had a friend before......”
She put her hand on her mouth .
I just sighed and sat on the sofa.
“ Sorry hun didn't mean to make you remember something so bad.... but you have to go tonight I'll help you prepare.”
She smiled and left the room.
Well whats one night gonna be ? At least I'll let my mum be happy and do what she always wanted to do ,helping me put on make up and dress up.
At 7 sharp mum came in the living room pushing me from the sofa,
“Summ it's 7 you need to get ready dear.”
she seriously want to make me a whole make over.
“Fine fine , I'll go wash.”
She smiled at me and went into the kitchen, saying something to my dad and laughing like an idiot. Well thats mum for ya I guess,
“I better get ready or I'll seriously be late.”
I took a long hot bath, with scented candles , as Candie suggested to lay off the nerves. Andy always pops up in my mind every single thing that somehow reminded me of him, I only saw him twice it's weird, I'll talk to Cadie I'm sure she'll understand.
“Summer how long is that bath gonna take ? Come on I found you the right dress”
I sighed to heavily she heard me from outside.
“Summer hurry up.”
Oops, better hurry , she can be scary when she's pissed.
“Look , I found this you never wore it , how about it ?”
Her smile just gave me shivers, I just kept looking from my mum to the dress all over again.
“ Whatt ?? your friend said sexy right ? This is good.”
“I'm not wearing that mum its embarrassing , I don't wear those dresses anymore and you know why.'
Her smile dimmed slowly and whispered :
“ How about you put on a jacket it will cover the scare on your back right ?”
I sighed and said
“ I won't wear heels tough.” she nodded in satisfaction.
I put on the mini-dress , it's a black mini-dress that gets my body shape perfectly , I'm not thin at all but I guess my mum used to call me curvy , I used to love dresses like this , just to impress that guy ….
Memories came flashing in my mind , I stuck in place and cold shivers ran down my spin.
Mum noticed and quickly grabbed me and hugged me softly. After sometime I came to and found myself in mums arms, I loved her hugs , but they stopped after that night.
“ Mum what about make up and hair ?” she gave me a last squeeze and let me go.
“ Close your eyes hun and don't open them until I say.”
I did as she said.
After sometime I heard my mum cry with joy , she said softly
“ Open your eyes dear.”
I slowly opened my eyes and I had to blink for sometime to see if I'm the girl in the mirror,
“ Derek, come here now!”
after some seconds
“ What is it Elen …. wow my hunny buu is so beautiful.”
I felt beautiful and I was happy about it.

She cried and hugged dad and at the same time the doorbell rang.
“ Wow its already 9 ? I'll go then, take care ok ? And don't worry Cadie's mum is giving me a ride home.”
Dad and mum smiled to me and I grabbed my purse and went slowly downstairs.
When I opened the door Cadie jumped and gave me a hug , then when she was calm she looked at me from head to toe ,

She laughed and said

Luca was waiting outside , I guess finally he made up his mind about her ? When I glanced to Cadie she looked down and shock her head from left to right , meaning nothing happened.

When we walked outside a girl and a guy hand in hand were standing near the car , Cadie led me to them and presented us :

“ I'm Lizia , its nice to meet you , this is my boyfriend Luke, we heard so much about you it's good to finally meet you.”
She smiled softly and offered me her hand I took it and after Luke offered his hand too, they're a cute couple.
Cadie was psyched to go out but I didn't know where we're going, so I whispered to Cadie slowly :

she stared at me and laughed softly and replied that were going to a bar as predrinking and then go to some disco's that are found in Paceville, I heard about this place , lets see what happens.
Lizia and Luke are really nice people and I'm happy I got to meet them.
When we came to the bar ,
someone was singing inside , such masculine voice ,
the others sat in the near table and I just stood there hearing this guys voice , I was never mesmerized , Cadie came near me and said :

I nodded and went with her to the table were everyone was already ordering , the waiter looked at me to expect my order I said

He gave a nod and left to get the orders.

I went to the bar and waited until someone noticed me and ask me what I want , but there were a lot of customers.

I rolled my eyes :

He just stared at me .
“ I came with some friends to drink , but I'm really looking for napkins.”
He laughed and said :

Finally I got my napkins and turned around to leave when he grabbed my hand and forced me to turn around and ended up bumping into him , I couldn't help but to think ,

I sighed , I just couldn't look into those ocean blues he has , so I looked at his hands.

He let go of me slowly and sighed

He grinned satisfactory and I just asked him to let me go tell my friends and bring my drink. Cadie looked suspicious but winked at me and mouthed to me that she wants all the information later and I nodded as she's surly the first person I want to tell about him.
“ So little miss , can you sing?”
He said to me when I arrived and I just stood there staring at him,
“ Well if you want every glass here and the whole island to shiver then sure I can!”
He laughed at me
“ Here.”
he handed me a microphone ,
“ Ohh hell noo , Andy there's no way I'm really singing.”
he nodded to the DJ and pushed me on the stage.

I gave one of my glares to Andy but he shrugged it off.
' What is going on ? What do I do ? Should I sing ? But I cant.' I thought to myself.

Desolation comes upon the sky
Everybody stood up and clapped when he finished , he took a small bow and stepped down from the stage.
He came to me and said :
“ Well ?”
I just couldn't believe it , I was never so lost in a song , his voice is amazing. He's waiting for an answer , but what should I say to him ? That I love his voice so much that I can't speak , and that I can't get it off my mind ? Hell no don't want to give him satisfaction. I cleared my throat and spoke calmly :
“ Not bad.”
He chuckled
“ Ohh so not bad huh ? What about the whole amazing guy thing ?”
…..
“ I never said that you were amazing , but I hate to admit that your voice is amazing , there you have it.”
He smiled in satisfaction :
“ And one point goes to the tough loner guy Andy , the crowed goes bersack aaaahh.”
I blinked and I had to control myself , I couldn't laugh , I just couldn't...
Just seconds later I bursted into laughter ,
God I missed laughing it's been years since someone made me laugh like this. Andy just sat there watching me laugh with a big grin on his face. I composed myself
“ Sorry, know I really need to go the others I waiting for me.”
I gave him a pat on the shoulder and left.
Cadie saw me and came running at me :
“ Summy seriously a pat on the shoulder ? Your not that old.”
I know why did I do that ?. Other than that awkward moment the night went smoothly and so did the weekend.
“ Summer , I love you summer , so your mine ok ? Don't you dare leave.”
I nodded and let the man put his arms around me.
“ Summer its gonna be ok , I'm gonna protect you , but you can't leave here ok ? You need to stay here.”
He started kissing my forehead going down to my lips, such cold and disgusting lips.
“ Thats a good girl.” My tears didn't stop for a second.
“............” , “......” , “ S.....” , “ Summy hunny.”
I woke up without breath and my face was wet with tears , my mum and dad's concerned face looking down at me.
“ It's ok hunny buu , it was just a bad dream, don't worry.”
I couldn't stop shaking.
“ Derek call the doctor.”
“ No , mum it's ok I just need to rest a bit.”
“ You sure hunny ?”
“ Yes mum thanks , just go to work or you'll be late, I need to rest.” Mum and dad glanced at each other,
“ Ok Summ your phone arrived so you can call and text ok ? And your friend Cadie already called and gave us her phone number so tell her your not feeling well ok?”
I nodded and they left slowly.
“ My new phone huh?”
I sent a text to Cadie telling her I'll be skipping school today causeI'm feeling a bit sick. I couldn't get up from bed I was still shacking and terrified, I pitted myself , being in such shape for just a dream. I'll sleep a bit more and recover for sure.
After sometime my phone rang , I got up slowly cause my head was about to burst. The number was familiar , Cadie of course.
“ Cadie ?”
she didn't respond so I stayed silent.
“ Summerrrrrr when where going to tell me that the hottest guy in school is into you ?”
She yelled in my ear.
I moved the phone away from my ears so they could recover the the Cadie yell.
“ Cadie what are you talking about?”
“ Don;t play all innocent with me , Andy Campell , thats who?”
Andy huh ?
“ What about him ?”
she sighed as if she gave up :
“ Well it was the break and I went to our normal seat , when Andy came up to me and asked about you.”
he asked about me ? Thats nice I think right?
“ So are you gonna explain to me or I should interrogate you until you guts come out from your mouth?”
“ Thats harsh Cadie , ehh how about you come over later and I'll explain everything promise , cause it's not something to talk on the phone.”
“ Yes, that's why I'm already at your front door , so can you open up please?”
She here already , I sighed as I hung up the phone. I changed and went downstairs to open the door for her, she glared at me but at the same time was extremely excited to know the details.
After calming her down , I explain everything from the very top , not that there was much to tell but it felt good telling someone else. When I was finished she jumped and squealed , literally,
“ Way to go girl Andy's the hottest guy in the school, and you have him around your finger.”
“ I got no one around my finger Cad were just friends , if you can call that being friends.”
She was disappointed and said :
“ You don't know how lonely he seemed when I said that you weren't feeling good. And by the way I gave him your phone number.”
I sighed
…. wait :
“ Whatt ???”
She smiled
“ He said he's gonna call you later, come on I did you a favour , he's an amazing guy you should take the opportunity.”
“ I cant Cadie , not right know.”
She silently whispered
“ Why not Sum?”
“ I can't explain right now but please trust me ok ? I wish I could but I cant.”
“ Sorry Summy didn't mean to upset you , it's just I wish you could be happy.”
I looked at her sincere face
“ Thanks Cad that means a lot.”
She smiled at me.
“ So how was school ?” “
Well other then missing you for the whole day actually was quite boring but not that bad your coming tomorrow right ?”
I nodded.
The sound of a car nearby got my attention , mum must be home. Few minutes later the door opened and my mum popped in, when she saw me and Cadie she smiled softly,
“ How about dinner girls?”
I nodded to her to thank her
“ Dinner would be great mum, thanks.”.
Cadie bowed her head to my mum to thank her as well.
“ What does your mum do for a living?” she asked innocently.
“ Shes a fashion designer, she was a model first but she gave up that work when she had me.”
Cadie nodded , meaning she understands perfectly.
“ What about your dad ?” I looked at her , she seems quite interested,
“ My dad is a business man.”
She smiled at me and said :
“ You got a hot dad.”
It was weird hearing it from my friend but I'll take the complement for dad I guess. The night went well and I had fun, haven't seen my mum and dad show off there dancing skills in a while , and that made me relax seeing them so happy made me feel happy as well. My dad took Cadie back home , I think she was very happy about it but I didn't say anything , I helped my mum clear everything and she just glanced at me and smiled softly like shes saying
' My girl is ok'
that made me quite sad as I was thinking what I put my parents through but we came out together as a better family.
“ Goodnight mum and dad love you.”
“ We love you too buu, goodnight” both said at the same time.
I was about to hit the sack when my phone started to ring , I can't get used to this phone yet, I used my dad's phone for a long time now and broke his too. It was an unknown number
“ Hello , who's this ?” ,
it stayed silent for some time and then a husky voice spoke :
“ You seem better my little miss.”
Andy , it was so good hearing his voice , why am I depending so much on a guy a just met?
“ Andy, so for once you didn't stalk me for my number did ya?”
he laughed at my comment
“ Well no your lovely friend gave it to me and I was just checking on you, by the way you know everyone can see everything from your window ?”
“ What do you mean?”
I glanced at the window and saw someone throwing stones at my window. I opened the window ,
“ What are you doing here at this hour ? And how did you know where I lived?”
I was completely confused.
“ Come down will ya I've been here for hours.”
What ?? I closed the window and snuck outside.
“ What do you mean you've been here for hours Andy?”
he smiled at me
“ Well I followed your friend here and stayed here for a while , and I live near by so I killed two birds with one stone like you say right?”
He grinned at me. Wait Cadie was here for almost half a day...
“ Don't tell me you were here for half a day right?”
He didn't respond ,
“ Well I could sound cool and say it but with you I can be myself I guess , and no I wasn't here at all I knew were you lived all along and just came now.”
I couldn't believe this guy at all, I just stood there looking at him with my mouth opened. He noticed that I was lost so he said
“ What ?”
I sighed and was going to enter the house again when he suddenly grabbed me from behind and squeezed me close to him.
“ Andy... wh.... what are you doing?”
“ Nothing much , just hugging you.”
“ I haven't noticed so why are you hugging me?”
“ Cause I wanted to.”
Well this is leading us nowhere. I let him hug me for sometime and to tell the truth I couldn't run away from his hands , I felt so protected and secure in his arms that my whole past never happened and I felt good.
“ Andy?”
He just hugged me even closer
“ mm ? What don't ruin the moment.”
Hes taking advantage of the situation,
“ Its cold and it's late can you let me go?” he shrugged and said
“ No I'm cozy.”
I was too but I can't do this not know.
“ Andy please let go I can't.” He put his chin on my head
“ What do you mean you cant'?”
I was in verge of tears but couldn't explain everything to him
“ Look I can't explain right now but I can't.”
“ What you can't explain?”
“ I can't tell you Andy.”
He loosened his grip and I found the moment to leave his embrace, when I faced him he looked so lonely and sad
“ So you expect me to tell you everything and then you won't even tell me something about you ? We were having a moment there that I actually waited for a long time and you ruined it with all your pointless little miss drama bullshit.”
He was so angry I just didn't find the words to respond to that , he was so right, just like that he left and didn't even look back.
