CHAPTER 1 - The Sensations!
462Please respect copyright.PENANAcm1VrGjRdd
A frantic week was pulling her legs where she hadn’t spent time with anyone. Papers were ruffled all over her room. One could only see, tons of sticky notes dangling on the wall. There was a half sipped coffee mug on the edge of her working table. And of course her favorite bunny cuddles. A message flashed on her mobile when she was about to write her next note. It was from the Children Welfare Association in which she is also cognated. She smiled instantly and called the officials to ensure the timings for her visit. She told herself that no matter what her work might be, she should go.
It was the weekend and she was there in the association before an hour. When she stepped out of her car, all she saw were the angels on earth. The children’s smile soothed her heart. They welcomed her with a song and gave her a rose. She accepted the rose and smiled at them. One of the children forwarded herself and grabbed her hands. She could feel the softness and love in her touch. She played with the children for more than two hours. She felt extremely relaxed and cheerful. She finally met the secretary of the association and donated her funds for Diwali Celebration. When she was inquiring about the preparations one of the officials asked, “We’re trying hard to bring AD to our function. Can you help us?” On hearing that she was frozen for a second. “You mean Aarav Dixit? The singer?” she asked with an absolute shock. “Yes, ma’am. It would be great if he performs a concert for our children. They are all huge fans of AD.” he replied. “I can’t guarantee you anything, sir. But I’ll try my best.” Tara said on seeing the children’s smile and took her leave.
Tara Amble was a budding author and her books had crossed all over the nation. She soon became the best-selling author. Her words refreshed the readers and gave them an evergreen happiness. Aarav Dixit on the other side was a successful playful playback singer and the latest singing sensation. His voice melted everyone’s soul. Both of them were the youth icons of the nation. Irrespective of their profession and fame, let’s see how they could change each other's lives.

CHAPTER 2 - Spread love🖤

On her way back, Tara had a million questions circling her mind. She was oblivious about approaching Aarav as she was his huge fan. The only thing that flashed in her mind was the children’s smile. She wanted to do anything to save that smile from fading. She opened her Twitter account and searched for his name. She was surprised to notice his last tweet.
“Happy to be a part of this event. It's heart whelming to see those pure smiles. I love doing concerts for such a good cause. Thank you for inviting me. #True Light International Trust #Spread Love”
Tara was on cloud nine on seeing his tweet. She also came to know that he had donated for the trust. With full confidence and hope, she messaged him.
“Hii... This is Tara Amble and I’m into writing. I would like to put forth my obligation to you. I’ve seen your recent tweet about your concert at True Light International Trust. I wanted to invite you to perform a concert for the Children Welfare Association. Those kids are a big fan of yours. Even I’m. I hope that you would consider this. And I’m expecting a positive response from you.”
Aarav Dixit was engaged in composing his songs for the upcoming concert and he didn't care to attend any of his calls. After composing some of the tracks, he noticed that there were several messages and calls from the True Light International Trust. He instantly contacted them and agreed to visit their trust, the next day. He always felt happy and satisfied with being a philanthropist. He had contributed to many welfare associations and relief schemes.
One the next day, he went to the trust and even performed for the people in the trust. He donated food and some funds to that trust and came with a serene heart. He always considered that feeling as a huge propel for any of his works. He resumed his composing work and forgot the world outside. That was the time when Tara had approached him.
Tara checked her mobile periodically hoping for a reply from Aarav. She almost lost her hope. After two days, when she was lost in thoughts a notification brought her back to reality. It was a message from Aarav Dixit. She was quite surprised and shocked to read the message in the notification, “Happy to receive a message from the most adored author, Tara Amble. It’s my pleasure to be a part of such an event. I’ll perform a concert at the Children Welfare Association for sure. I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t get back to your message instantly.”
Her eyes twinkled on seeing the text. Her face was immersed with a beautiful smile. After composing herself, she texted him back.
“I’m really glad that you replied. It’s absolutely a fangirl moment.” Before she texted any further, the 'delivered ticks' turned 'read' and their chat turned to ‘Typing…’
“Then I’ll also consider this as a fanboy moment. I never expected that I'd receive a message from my favorite author.”
She couldn’t believe the things happening there. Her favorite person is complimenting her. They both were online and for the first time, Tara searched for words to express herself.
“Hey… There??” Aarav texted after some time.
“Yeah!! Uhmm... Are you sure that you will perform at the Children Welfare Association?” replied Tara still searching for words.
“I’m sure. And how can I miss a chance to meet the person whose words influenced me huh?,” Aarav texted.
On reading that message, Tara blushed and the shine in her eyes personified her happiness. Before she could realize herself, the next notification popped up.
“Time and Date?? PS: Can’t wait longer.”
She calmed herself and started typing.
“On Diwali. As I don’t have your number I’ll share the details here.”
In a minute he shared his contact and she confirmed the timing.
She was happy that the children would celebrate their Diwali to the fullest. But she was secretly happy that she would also meet him in person. She then started the preparations.
Aarav had started to stalk her on social media. All of her posts were simply vivid and the captions under each post were so lively. He liked Tara as a person and admired her.
Aarav would never read books if not for Tara's words. It was a mere accident that he had to read a book to kill some boredom time. One day, he was struck in traffic and his usual time pass - his mobile was dead. He suddenly realized the book presented by his close friend Riaan and started spreading his eyes over the chapters. He felt as if he was the narrator. He hadn’t hastened the pages instead, he adored every single frame of the book. He felt lost in the world of words and had a smile pasted over his face throughout the book. Once he completed reading, he searched for the author's name, TARA AMBLE.

CHAPTER 3 - The sprucing hearts❤!

It was the day where the cracker’s sound resonated across the whole street. Everyone in the Children Welfare Association was excited about the chief guest of their function. A vibrant black car with scattering lights invaded the gate. The sound “AD! AD!…” echoed all over the auditorium. A handsome hunk in black t-shirt and faded jeans with his white shoes on the floor entered the auditorium. His slicked-back faux hawk hair glowed and a hoop stud on his left ear added his masculinity. He had bead bands and a black ring on his left hand and a black ‘seven friday’ watch shining on his right hand. He greeted everyone and was pleased to receive their love.
Though he was enjoying himself, his eyes searched for Tara. He was seated in the front row, where the light focused on him. He suddenly turned his face and was stunned to see a beautiful face with glowing skin. It was Tara! She was dressed in a white shirt tucked in black jeans. Her pearl white earrings swung according to her gesture. She waved her hands at him and Aarav stood there, frozen.
“Hey, Aarav.” Those words from Tara dragged him to reality.
“Heyy… Uh-hmm… Very nice to meet you, Tara. You... You look dashing!” he faltered.
“Well... Thank you. And thanks for being a part of the celebration, Aarav. This is really huge for us,” Tara exclaimed.
“Hey. I really am very happy. Actually, I have to thank you for this lovely evening,” Aarav replied.
The mic check sound interrupted their conversation. The Secretary delivered his welcome speech. Following him, Tara stepped on the podium and left everyone speechless through her words. Aarav felt as if his heart started to beat for Tara and her words.
After her speech, the auditorium was set on fire by AD’s performance. The Children’s joyful screams and happy faces satisfied the organizers including AD and Tara. The Secretary sincerely thanked them both. The Diwali celebration was filled with lots of love. While everyone was heading towards the dining hall, Tara and Aarav shared a moment alone.
“Hey... You nailed it, Aarav! Thank you so much for the day,” Tara exclaimed.
“I should say this... Your words… Still echoing in my head! And Thank you for letting me be part of the day,” Aarav replied.
They stood for a moment lost in each other's eyes.
“Then?”, they sounded in unison.
“Will be in touch,” Aarav said, looking into her eyes.
“Sure, AD” Tara offered her hand.
The last thing she remembered on the day was the spark in his eyes and he remembered was her magical eyes and the softness in her touch.
It was a big day for Tara as her third book was published in the same year. Her first two books were the best sellers of the year. That even created a huge wave of curiosity among the readers. Her team was her soul support in her writing journey. She always felt responsible for the impact that her words created among the readers.
Aarav received a notification on social media about Tara’s book being published. He was equally surprised and wondered about her talent as it was her third book that had been published in a year. He immediately checked the book and was quite impressed by seeing the cover page. He placed an order immediately and texted her with waves of excitement, “Congratulations, Tara! I have ordered the book. Wishing you success with this book also. P.S: Can’t wait longer to hold your book😉.”
Tara was engaged in promoting her book and frequent calls from the publications kept her awake every minute. A notification sound on her mobile caught her attention. On seeing the name of the sender, her face started to bloom. She read his message and her face reddened.
“Thanks, Aarav. It really means a lot. Will be waiting for your review😊”, she texted back.
Aarav had seen her text instantly and messaged, “How’s it going around?”
“Nothing much. Just a little busy with the promotion work.”
“I’ve to say this. This is really a huge achievement. A third book being published in a year. I’m proud of being your fan, Tara👏”
“Thanks. But this could haven’t been possible without my team. I really wanted you to meet them too.”
“Yeah... Even I would love to.”
“Heyy… There is a small get-together to celebrate my book launch. I have invited only my close ones and you can drop by the way, if you are free😉.”
“Well… Time and address?”
“Means you are coming??😲”
“You wanted me to come, right?? I’ll be there.”
“Oh, God!! My team will go crazy on seeing you.”
“Let it be a surprise to them.”
“That sounds cool. I’ll send you the address. See you soon.”
“Yeah! See you there.”
They both looked at themselves in the mirror and thought about the other. A beautiful smile slipped their face. “A sign of love huh??”
There were only fewer vehicles at the parking garage of the Radisson Blu resort. The interior was more than hallucinatory and the people who gathered were elegant in their looks and style. Tara was too nervous to listen to her team’s chat and kept on peeping at the entrance.
“What are you looking at? Are you expecting someone?” Ayush asked her.
“Hm... No, I wasn’t expecting anyone. By the way, let’s place our orders. I’m starving,” Tara replied.
“Hey! Heavy traffic. Will be there in five minutes. No worries,” that message from AD eased her mood.
After five minutes, the whole crowd in the resort started to scream and there was a huge commotion. Tara looked in that direction and there stood AD. He walked straight towards her. She smiled at him and they exchanged a polite hug.
She then turned towards her teammates to introduce him. None of them even cared to blink their eyes.
"Hello, guys!!" - AD
That voice tugged them to their reality. “OMG!! AD is here.” Adya started to shout in an utmost pitch.

CHAPTER 4

Darsh went near AD and greeted him politely. After a few minutes everyone settled in their places.
“This is my team. Ayush, Adya, and Darsh. My everything. My family,” Tara introduced them to AD.
“You didn’t even say a single word about AD. How come you guys know each other so well? How..” Ayush started to shoot a series of questions on Tara.
“Hey, Actually I can explain this,” AD said and narrated the things that happened so far.
Within a couple of minutes, they were comfortable with each other. They began to make fun of others, by sharing some embarrassing personals stuffs. Soon Aarav became their friend. Tara couldn’t withstand her smiling and Darsh caught her red-handed. And suddenly Tara became the talk. Every cute little thing, the most annoying things she ever did was disclosed. Aarav tried hard not to laugh. But, he couldn’t. Above all, he never failed to capture her reactions, her smiles and her gestures in his heart. After a very long talk, Aarav invited them to his upcoming concert and without any second thought, the team agreed. After a while, Aarav took his leave. Tara and her friends were still on cloud nine and it took some time for them to accept the things that happened.
On his way, Aarav texted, “This is my first experience in which I enjoyed myself a lot with new people. I don’t want to thank you as I wish you to be the reason behind my happiness, always😊 Take care, Tara.”
When she was about to leave the resort her mobile vibrated. On seeing a message from Aarav instantly put a smile on her face. She was again caught red-handed by her friends. Amidst the embarrassment, she replied to him. “I never had someone who can constantly put a smile on my face. I am happy that I got to know. May your wish be fulfilled😉”
As expected, everyone gathered at Aarav's concert in a houseful of an auditorium. They were arranged to sit with Aarav’s friends and unknowingly they became friends. When Aarav stepped onto the stage, the whole auditorium resonated with his name. Within a few minutes, he owned the entire crowd’s heart. The texture in his voice elevated the ambiance of the auditorium. Tara admired everything about Aarav and spotted his cute gestures. He stole the entire show!
After the concert, Tara, Aarav, and their friends had some quality time together. When they were about to leave Aarav requested to talk in person with Tara.
“Tara, I would like to drop you home. If you don’t mind…” Aarav asked her.
“Uhmm… Actually, I do mind, Aarav. I’m here with my friends.”
“I know that, Tara. But there is something I want to show you. Something you want to see.”
“What is that, Aarav?
“Uhm... If you really want to know then you have to come with me. Only if you trust me!”
“Aarav, I do trust you. But the point is I’m here with my friends you know.”
“I’ll talk to them, Tara.”
“No, give me a minute. I’ll join you.”
Tara spoke with her friends for a moment and joined Aarav. “That was too quick. Are they okay with this?” AD asked with questioning eyes.
“Relax, Aarav. They are my friends and they will understand me at any cost,” replied Tara walking towards the exit. Aarav smiled back and walked along with her.
“Heyy, wait here.”, he walked away. Tara looked at the direction he went and wondered what he had planned for the day.
He stopped his car in front of her and he opened the door for her. Tara blushed crimson in shyness and got into the car.
Tara looked in every possible direction except Aarav’s to avoid seeing him. Aarav smiled at everything she was doing and played a song in the music player to comfort her. And, Tara was overwhelmed to hear Aarav’s song in the playlist. After all she is a fan girl right?! She instantly smiled and looked at Aarav. He pretended to be a good driver to concentrate only on roads.
“Aarav…”
“Don’t disturb me while I’m driving, Tara.”
“Stop acting. You look too childish.”
“Okay… I wanted to ask you this. You haven’t said anything about my performance today. Isn’t it worth anything?”
“Hey. Wait. Before I could say, you surprised me with your plans. What is your plan? Tell me. My head is too tiny to process so many things happening right now".
“Know that yourself and now tell me, how was my concert today?”
“In that case, you too can know that through my words.”
"Oops, My surprise for today would cost your surprise for tomorrow. Perfect retaliation, Tara".
" Yeah, I guess.”
“I love the way you are. You are too matured to be a child, Tara.”
As soon as they reached the destination, she was astounded and sat in complete silence and shock. The destination was none other than Aarav’s home. He never gave her a chance to shoot her questions. Instead, he cleared her mind and assured her nothing would happen to disturb her. When they entered his home, all she saw were the trophies, awards, medals, shields which stood proudly as the epitome of his success. She touched every trophy and felt as if she won them. Her eyes reflected the pride in her heart for Aarav. He admired everything she did and his eyes refused to turn the other side. After few moments of awww's and ohhh's from Tara, he took her to his room. His private space! There was a small recording theatre on the right corner. Besides that, there stood a huge frame covered with a red velvet cloth.
“What’s that Aarav?”
“See for yourself, my lady!”
CHAPTER 5 - By Aarav
By Tara

She went near the frame and pulled down the cloth. There were many pictures of quotes, which seemed to be too familiar to her. And there were some beautiful drawings with some conversation along with the tag, “by Aarav”. There were pictures of the cover page of Tara’s every book edition. Some of the pages with some highlighted words and lines along with a handwritten note written by Aarav were also framed. Amidst these things, there were her photos posted on Instagram and tweeted on Twitter danced in solace. In short, the frame depicted her entire writing career in different aspects.
On seeing the frame, Tara couldn’t believe her own eyes. Goosebumps ran all over her body and her eyes were filled ti, he was struggling against words to express her present feeling. Aarav stood in front of her and lifted her face, looking straight in her eyes. His eyes mirrored his loyalty and love towards her. Tara couldn’t withstand seeing his eyes. She ran to the window and gasped for air. Aarav walked slowly and started to speak pointing at the frame, “These are my personal collections as your fan. When everything around me is not well, I’ll turn to your words. And I find the strength to fight back. Thank you, Tara.”
Tara didn’t even utter any words but her eyes articulated the happiness and excitement in her. His words resonated in her mind and she felt that she was losing herself to Aarav. Aarav stood near the frame and observed her reactions. He could understand that she needed time to compose herself. She also felt comfortable that he hadn’t made the situation difficult for her. Aarav dropped her home and there were only exchanges of smiles throughout the journey. When Tara got down from the car, she turned and looked into his eyes. “I might fall for you if I keep looking into the eyes. So let me leave now”, her eyes pleaded. He recognized that with a smile and waved his hands. All the way back, his mind was occupied by her eyes - which showed him a new definition of love.
As the breeze trespassed the window, her hair twirled along with the breeze. She headed straight towards the window, winged her hands, and played with the moonlight. After some moment, she leaned against the window and her mind drifted to the sweet memory. She tried hard not to think about the things that happened that night. But, she couldn't help herself in this issue. The happenings were playing like a loop movie in her mind. She made up her mind to give him the same feeling that she received in his home. She didn’t even know where to start with.
Whenever she tried to write something, it didn’t turn out well. She was on the verge to surprise him back. On the contrary, Aarav was perplexed that she hadn’t called or texted him after the incident. He checked his phone more often yet received no messages from her. No longer maintaining his patience, he texted her.
Of all the chaos happening out there, a message popped on her mobile. She didn’t care about that. She was busy making the drafts for the surprise and was glued to the world of words. She was banging her head to prepare the surprise and hadn’t even thought of doing her own work.
“Hey, Tara. When did you reach home? I was waiting for you.” asked Adya and placed her hands over Tara’s shoulders. Tara panicked a little to see Adya waiting for her. She has forgotten the fact that as a team, they had a combined office and home where they lived.
“Uhh... I came by 11:30 pm and I saw you sleeping. So, I was sitting here and recollecting the things that happened”, Tara said and walked towards their bedroom.
“So, what happened?”, Adya asked and walked accompanying her.
“Uhh.. I’ll say that after I recognize them clearly? Don’t ask more. By the way, have those idiots slept already?”
“Yeah... At the very moment, we reached home.”
“Okay. Come. Let’s sleep.”
She went to bed after refreshing herself and took her mobile to hear songs. She noticed a good night message from Aarav and replied back with a smile, “Good night, Aarav!”
The moment she closed her eyes, the frame, his room, the awards appeared as such. The ones that disturbed her the most was his smile and the surprise plan. She couldn’t help herself in finding the way to surprise him back and that drove her crazy.
The next morning, Tara woke up hearing her favorite Aarav’s song. She got an idea from the lyrics and went straight to try it out. Unfortunately, it hadn’t turned out as good as she expected. Her workspace was full of papers and her laptop screen never faded. Meanwhile, she heard her mobile ringing and the call was from Aarav. She picked up the call without any delay.
“Heyy…,” Aarav’s voice shattered.
“Hi, Aarav!”, Tara said in a composed voice.
“Are you busy?”
“A bit. Is anything important?”
“Noo, Tara. Just wanted to check on you. You were way more silent the previous night!”
“Aarav, let me tell you this honestly. This was the best surprise I have ever received. Your collections were priceless and it meant a lot to me.”
“Uhh... I’m glad that you liked it.”
“What? Liked?? I loved it, Aarav! By the way, I don’t know you could do such a big surprise for me!”
“I can do anything for you, my love.”
“Love??”
“Haa. Don’t mind. Continue with your work. And Sorry to disturb you in the middle of your busy day, Tara.”
“A sweet disturbance though! Bye, Aarav.”

As they disconnected the call, their thoughts circled on one thing, “What is happening to them and their relationship?” Despite that Tara was keen on completing the return-gift for him. She wanted to surprise him the way similar to his surprise and wanna touched his soul through it. Out of nowhere, her heart came up with an idea. She decided to watch his first-ever performance as well as his last performance. His voice created the milieu she longed for. His soothing voice enlightened her mood and was ready to execute the idea in her heart. She took her laptop and placed her fingers on the keyboard. Her fingers started to pour down her heart. She heard those songs again and grabbed her phone to text Aarav. “Your voice is so magical. I’m lost in it!” when she was about to send, her mind reminded of the surprise... She deleted the message and looked at his profile. His eyes appeared to be more vibrant than usual. She could feel the urge to hear his voice. She kept her mobile away and went to bed.
On the next day, Aarav was listening to his new album at his home. When he himself immersed in his composition, the doorbell rang at once. He hadn’t cared. The doorbell kept on ringing and out of irritation, he opened the door. There was no one at the doorstep but a basket. The basket contained a bottle and a rose with a card, “From, your fan”. Beside the basket, there laid a black guitar with a ribbon.

CHAPTER 6 - The Kickstart!

Aarav took the basket and guitar into his room. He was sure that Tara was the one who was behind this surprise. He took the bottle out of the basket and was dazed to see it. It contained many pieces of paper with some words on them. There was also a note stating that he would get his final surprise when he connects the pieces and makes them one. He scattered the papers on his table and started to arrange them. It was easy for him to arrange the other side of the papers with his pictures. He positioned them in such a way that he had posted his photos on social media. After about an hour, he finished arranging them and it read,
“Amidst an incredible crowd, your voice aroused, bit by bit.
To every anomalous sitches, your priceless smile stood as a riposte.
Trillions of hearts wanted to see you, at least once.
Yet, you make your presence in their souls with your heavenly voice.
There is the sweetest pain in your voice which everyone fancies to endure.
Though, looking deeper down it always remained impressionistic.
Nevertheless, my face glows,
My lips curl into a grin,
My soul detoxifies,
My heart skips only because of you, your voice.
You always have control over my inner feelings, as if it dances to your rhythm.
You rule my heart, with your expressions.
You took all my worries, that it ain't dared to come to me again.
I just want to fall into your world, hoping you would hold me forever. (P.S: Never let me go)
I’m not the same person, as your voice became my obsession along with my words too.
I wanted to see you till I hold the last breath of my life"
- Yours' Tara.

After he completed reading, he promptly searched for his mobile. In that very minute, every second and even the nanoseconds, his mind was filled with nothing but the resonance of her voice. He could hear her voice in her words. When he finally dialed her number, he heard some sound at his doorstep. He went near the door and was frozen to see Tara, leaning against the wall with her very own smile. His suspicion on his eyes increased rapidly. She went near him like a magnet being pulled by his eyes.
“Are you gonna say something, Aarav?” Tara asked on seeing him standing like a statue.
“What do you want me to say, Tara? You left me with no words.” Aarav replied with his eyes still on her. She moved closer to him and took his hands in her. He was completely lost in that moment.
“You showed me my seven years of journey. All I felt was no one has showered me with this kind of love. This is the least I can do for you, Aarav”, she said and caressed his hands.
“You have really done more than enough. This is the best gift ever. Thank you so much, Tara. I’m not that familiar with words like you. But??” Aarav stopped the sentence before completing it.
“But, What Aarav?”
“You will see that soon, my lady. Now please, come and sit.”
The following week, Aarav was offered to visit Vagamon by one of his sponsors. At once, his mind asked him to call Tara and her friends to join on this trip. He first asked his friends and confirmed their presence. He then went straight to Tara’s home and rang the doorbell.
“Aarav???”
“Come on, I have to speak something very important. Where are your friends?” Aarav went inside without giving Tara any chance to speak.
“Hey, guys. I know you are busy with your work. But how about we go on a trip. See, I was offered to visit Vagamon and I badly wanted to take you guys too with me. My friends will also be joining us. What, say?” Aarav completed and took a deep breath.
“Wow, AD. I guess you need water!”, Adya said and passed him the water bottle. None spoke a word and everybody's eyes pointed towards Tara. Sensing the situation she said, “If they are okay with this, then I’m in!”, and looked at them. They also nodded and Aarav left their home with satisfaction and excitement.
“Thanks, Aarav😌. Didn’t expect this from you. Even I wanted to relax ourselves. But you did as if you read my mind. Hope this is gonna change our lives💞”, Tara texted Aarav.
Everyone was so excited about their trip and finally, the day had come. As Aarav being excellent at driving he suggested that they could go in his car. The journey started with pleasant songs which added to their mood. They sang along with the vocals and enjoyed themselves. Aarav made sure that he didn’t miss any of Tara’s reactions. She smiled as she twirled her hair and looked at him in the mirror. He acknowledged her with a quick nod. While the rest of them mocked each other, Tara and Aarav were busy stealing each other’s glances. Aarav suddenly sang a song which is almost a dedication to Tara. The texture in his voice elevated their souls. That gave a perfect kick-start for their endless happiness. Aarav caught Tara blushing at him and he gently smiled at her. And the rest of the journey stood as a milestone in their relationship.
They reached the hotel early in the morning and they rested for a while. By 10:00 am they started exploring the places. When they tired enough to go to bed instantly, Aarav revealed his plan about hilltop camping at Thangalpara. In no time they readily agreed to his plan. They traveled in the truck as they can’t use their car there. Once they reached the destination point they went speechless. They couldn’t take their eyes off from the beautiful and admiring nature around them. The earth’s ascent added on to them. Tara adored every possible little thing around her. Aarav cared nothing more than Tara. He loved to see Tara forgetting all her worries and unleashing the child inside her. Suddenly he noticed her shoelace was not tied properly. He immediately stopped her and knelt to tie her shoelace. She held his hands and started to walk pretending that nothing had happened. He said nothing and grabbed her hands tighter. They finally reached a peak where their tents were made. “Welcome to heaven, my people”, Aarav’s voice resonated everywhere.
They settled themselves in the comfy little tent where they could feel the warmth of the earth. After a while, the campfire was set on. They sat around it and the music that was played in the background transported them to the other world. They wanted to stay in silence and let nature caress their souls. A few moments later Adya asked, “Isn’t it the moment of surrendering ourselves in the hands of nature?” Her question broke the ice and helped the other regain their conscious back.
“Yeah, true. But it may also happen when you surrender yourself in the hands of love”, Ayush said and smiled to himself.
“Ohh, sounds like you are experienced enough”, Darsh added and the others broke into laughter.
“So, what’s your point on love, guys?” Tara asked everyone. Everybody shared their thoughts. It was Aarav’s turn to answer. Tara was waiting to hear from him. He looked at her eyes and said, “When you rule someone’s heart with your care and affection when you make them smile even at a very bad situation when you hold their hands and walk till you die. I guess this is what love is.” Tara remembered that these are the words that she had told him. She felt extremely happy as her words and feelings were that important to him.
When it was her turn to answer she was silent for a moment. Finally, she said, “When you don’t know that, this person could be your partner yet sharing those beautiful memories with him. And finally realizing that he is the one and falling for him. That feeling is so special and I guess that is love.”
Aarav twinkled at her and her face radiated her happiness. Their friends were able to guess that something was happening between them but they never wanted to put them into an awkward situation. In the middle of the conversation, Aarav declared, “I want you guys to attend my next concert as I’m about to reveal something too important.” They shook their heads in affirmation.

With the breeze, all of them slept early. Tara wanted to stay awake the whole night to experience the beauty. She came out of the tent and felt the cold wind. Her fringe hairs danced along with the wind's rhythm. While fixing her hair, she noticed Aarav sitting with a book. She went close to him and looked at the book. It was her book and it surprised her. She placed her hands on his shoulder and said, “Heyy..”
“Uffff!! Taraa, you scared me.”
“You are reading my book, now?? Here?”
“Yeah... Your words never failed to bring happiness to me. With this scenic beauty I wanted to add this on”, Aarav said and looked at her. She was shivering in the cold. He took off his jerkin and wrapped it around her shoulders. Her face reddened more.
“Hy, Tara. Can you read this book for me to hear?”
“Now?? Why, Aarav??”
“You always get the benefit of immersing in my voice. And I wanted to feel the same.”
She agreed and started reading her book. He was completely lost in the feel of her voice.
She stopped reading in a trice and asked, “What’s the thing you are going to reveal at your concert? So even I have to wait till the day like others?”
“Have patience, my lady,” said Aarav.
Finally, the day had come and their friends including Tara were waiting eagerly to hear the announcement. They were given the front row as per Aarav’s request. And the evening was heaven-breathed with the auditorium full of people. Breaking the utmost expectations from his fans Aarav made his entry and so the stage was set on fire. His eyes glowed with excitement like never before. His voice moved everyone’s feelings and made them refresh their loved one’s memories. Tara’s eyes were fixated on Aarav’s.
At the end of the performance, Aarav announced that he was going to dedicate one song from his composition to the one he loved the most. His friends turned towards Tara in unison and ironically shook their heads. Tara’s eyes were still on Aarav’s and she hadn’t reacted to any of their gestures.
“My lady_!, Sorry guys, Just for the mic check”, Aarav said and smiled at Tara. Thus began his singing.
When he started to sing “Amidst every incredible crowd” Tara’s eyes teared up. It had the lyrics written by Tara. The one that made Aarav spellbound! The one that made him fall for her! Throughout the whole performance, his eyes were only on hers. She was sitting at the edge of the seat lost in hearing her words in his voice. The intense feel in his voice increased word by word. Tara’s heart raced as the others could hear her heartbeat. He was on a high note when he sang, “Never let me go…” And it was that particular moment when the tears escaped her eyes. She waited till Aarav completed his performance and once he ended the last note she rushed out of the auditorium. Her friends tried to stop her, but she wasn’t ready to lend her ears to them. Aarav was watching the things happening and badly wanted to go to her. Being the sovereign of the whole show, he was surrounded by his fans. He had a quick chat with his fans and excused himself.
Snow dripped around the grasses and the entire area felt like heaven. Aarav stepped out of the auditorium and saw Tara sitting at the table in the right corner of the area. For a moment it felt like a fairytale as his angel sitting among the fog. He slowly went near her and took a seat opposite to her. She lifted her eyes and gently smiled at him.
“You okay, my angel?” Aarav questioned her.
“Stop it, Aarav. You wanted me to be okay after all this?? And now I’m your angel too..” Tara started to prate.
“Hey, wait. This is how I felt when you surprised me. Just wanted to give the same feel to you.”
“So, that’s it. You have done all these to just give me the same feeling??”
“Haan... What else?”
“Fine.”
“Tara, you exactly know why I did all these. I can’t think of any other way to confess my feelings for you. You do know that your words are more special to me.”
“Aarav..” and she stood up to leave. He held her hands and asked, “Just tell me one thing, Tara. Am I the person in terms of your thoughts on love, the one you said at the campfire? Am I not your special person?”
“Yes, you are. More than special you are magical, Aarav. You gave life to my words. And I wanted it for the rest of my life.”
“Uhmm, Tara. It’s getting late. I’ll drop you home. Will speak in the car”, Aarav said on seeing the time and went to his car.
On the way, they hadn’t uttered even a word. The air was filled with a crimson of silence. As they reached their home, Tara stepped out and said, “I might fall for you if I keep looking at your eyes and there’ll be no regrets if I did too. I love you too, Aarav. Drive safe and text me on reaching.”
Aarav tousled her hair and patted her cheeks and left.
After being on a hectic schedule, they used to spend time engaging in video calls and rare meetings. That would ease their mood and paved a way for a peaceful smile at the end of the day. They completely lost themselves in each other. On a day, when Aarav dropped her home, her friends were standing outside. She almost had no idea that the keys were with her.
“Aarav, can you stay with her? Else she is driving us mad”, Ayush said and snatched the keys from her.
“Oh well... Your wish. What do you say, Tara?” Aarav asked and pinched her cheeks.
“Stop it, Aarav. Sorry, guys. How can I make it up to you?”
“Well, then. Make dinner for us”, Darsh said and gave her a mocking smile.
“You know, right? I don’t know how to cook, Darsh.”
“I’ll help you, Tara. Uhh, no. I’ll cook and you can help me, Tara”, Aarav said and went straight to the kitchen.
“I swear, guys. I have no idea about anything,” Tara said with a pathetic look.
“Hey, drama queen. Enough. Your prince charming will be waiting for you”, Adya said and playfully twisted her ears.
That was a night when Tara was completely into writing her new story and swamped on reviewing the contents. Her mobile started to ring and the call was from AD. She picked it up and with his first hello, she found that he wasn’t good.
“Hey, what happened?”
“I don’t know, Tara. I’m not myself. I can’t do my work. I don’t know what to do.”
“Okay. Where are you, now?”
“Where else will I go? At home only.”
“Do a thing. Plug your earphones and relax awhile.”
“You think I hadn’t tried that, Tara? Cut the call”, Aarav said in irritation and disconnected the call. He hadn’t cared to call her back. Meanwhile, talking to Aarav she got in her car and started the engine.
After an hour, Tara called him.
“Aarav!! Come out, now. We are going somewhere.”
“What? Now? Where?”
“First open the gates, my boy!"

CHAPTER 8 - Let me be there!

Aarav had no idea what Tara was up to. He pepped from his balcony and noticed that she was playing with her car keys. “Taraaa..”, he shouted and she twirled her head and smiled at him.
“You have five minutes Aarav. Come down asap else I’ll come”, she shouted back. He shrugged his shoulders looking at her and went in.
As per her instruction, he came down in five minutes and got into the car. It was a blissful night where the roads were covered by mist. They could feel the chillness inside the car. Tara ignited the engine. Though he was disturbed with something, he was blithe about the time they were going to spend. Breaking the silence Tara questioned, “Shall I play your favorite song, Mr. AD?”
“Well. Do you know my favorite song?”
“Let me give it a try, Aarav.”
“Go ahead.”
Tara played a song that topped his playlist.
“Hey, that’s a good start, Tara.”
“See... I know you well.”
“You bet?”
“Well. I have stalked your profile whenever I felt low. That’s the hidden secret, my love.”
Aarav was surprised when she answered the way he never expected.
" You never fail to surprise me, Tara."
" It's my pleasure, Aarav!"
Tara parked the car along the beachside and said, “Let’s enjoy the peace, Aarav!”
“Tara, do you know what time it is?”
“Yeah, 3:30 am. So what? Come. Don’t waste time.” She stepped out with a bright smile.
Wasn’t it a feeling to spend time with your loved ones on the beach? That too at midnight. Aarav was feeling the same. They both took their shoes in their hands and started to walk. After a few steps, Tara slipped her leg and was about to fall. Aarav grabbed her and they started to walk hand-in-hand. They could hear the heartbeat of the other. The silence became a piece of music to their ears. They sat on the beach with the waves touching their feet.
“I can’t believe that I’m sitting here with the girl I love the most, Tara. Your smile truly reflects the shine of the star."
“Wow, Aarav. How did I fail to notice the rhymist in you?”
“Stop kidding, Tara. Not in the mood.”
“Here it comes. Tell me what happened.”
“Uhmmm... You know, Tara? Our profession... It always keeps us wrapped up with a hectic schedule. I can’t concentrate on my work recently. I’m trying hard. I’m missing my old self in my profession.”
“Listen, we may think of all these as our profession. But, it gives happiness and peace to the seekers. Even I wish to take a break. The very next thought would be the smile of my readers. This has driven me all the way, Aarav.”
“If you think that you can do something in what you were best at?”
“Aarav, we.. Are humans. All we can do is take a deep breath and relax ourselves until we’re ready again.”
“What if it takes time, Tara?”
“Time?? Your songs need no time, Aarav.”
“Are you serious, Tara?”
“Yeah... All you are going to do is stretch your legs and take rest. Hear more of your previous songs and recordings. You’ll get an idea. Then nothing could stop you, my love.”
“That sounds perfect, my lady.”
"I know. That's why everyone wishes to have a person like me by their side."
" I don't know about others. But I have you, Tara” Aarav slowly lifted her hands and placed them on his chest. She felt his warmth and rested her head on his shoulders.
They both adored the sky turning into yellow-orange from where the sun said a beautiful hello. They looked at each other's eyes which portrayed their love.
The next day, Aarav tried reaching Tara. But she hadn’t responded to any of his calls or messages. He then reached her friends and came to know that she wasn’t well. He immediately rushed towards her home. When he stepped into her room, he saw her hugging her teddy and napping like a child. He took a seat opposite her and watched her rest. After a while, she slowly opened her eyes and was shocked to see him sitting right in front of her.
“Aaravvvv!! What are you doing here?” she questioned as trying to get up from her bed.
Aarav came and helped her sit comfortably and sat next to her.
“You didn’t answer my question, Aarav.”
“Well, I came to see you!!”
“Then why didn’t you wake me up?”
“Uhhmm... I don’t want to disturb your sleep. And also I got a chance to admire you sleeping. You looked cute, though!”
“Cute?? See my face... My nose”, she said pointing to her nose. Her nose was pink. She had a severe cold and a slight fever.
“Wait. I’ll be back in a minute”, he said and walked towards the kitchen.
He came back with a glass of hot water and took tablets from his pocket.
“Wow!! You came well prepared, Aarav.”
“Take these”, he handed over the medicine to her.
“How did you get cold all of a sudden?” he asked her while rolling her blanket.
“Uhmmm… I will get cold easily whenever I go to the beach, Aarav”, she replied hesitantly.
“Then why did you take me there after knowing all these?” he asked in sudden anger.
“Come... Sit here, Aarav”, she pleaded with him to sit near her and so he did. She placed her head on his shoulders and took his hands in hers. “If I didn’t do that you wouldn’t be sitting next to me like this. Right?”
“Tara…”
“Nah.. Don’t say a thing. Let me feel your warmth. This makes me better now, Aarav.”
He gently tousled her hair as she fell asleep. He carefully placed her head in the pillow and tucked her with the blanket. He kissed her forehead and went back to the same seat as before.

CHAPTER 9 - Love you more❤!

Aarav looked at her steadily and scribbled something on a paper in his hands. When Tara woke up, she was clueless to find him scribbling on paper.
“Aaravv…”, she called him.
“Wait a minute,” he still continued his work with that paper. She wondered what he was about to do. After a while, he came and sat near her with the paper in his one hand. He wrapped his other hand over her shoulders and asked, “Feeling any better?”
“I feel much better now, Aarav. What were you doing then?”
“I’ll show you,” he handed the paper to her. She saw that and hugged him tightly. It was her drawing.
“You know what? This could be my best medicine. I just need these for the rest of my life.”
“Sure, you’ll.”
“Will you stay here for two more days, Aarav?”
“I’m afraid that I can’t assure you, darling.”
She released herself from the hug and asked, “Are you going somewhere?” with the most pitiful look on her face.
He hugged her back and said, “Yes, Tara. I have an outdoor recording. Actually, it is a collaboration.”
“When will you return?”
“In two weeks, Tara.”
“Ohh... You must have known this before, right? Why didn’t you tell me anything?”
“Uhh... It’s a last-minute decision, Tara. I’ve called to inform you of this. I came to know about your health and here I am.”
She didn’t say anything. Instead, she kept on yanking his shirt. He comforted and assured, “I’ll definitely call you, each day. Now smile, Tara.”
On the next day, Tara went to the airport with Aarav to send him off. However she pretended to be normal, her eyes revealed that she needed him the most at this time. Aarav could sense her feelings and asked, “Is everything okay?” She nodded her head and ran into his arms.
“I’m gonna miss you, Aarav.”
“Me too, my love”, he kissed her head and assured her that he would come back at the earliest.
All the way to her home, Aarav’s voice resonated in her ears. When she stepped inside her room, she wished to have him here. At the very particular time, she received a message that her deadline to submit the next project was limited to three weeks. She quickly arranged her workspace and started to write.
When she penned down to write for her next project she couldn’t make it. Else she wrote something different. She tried so hard to concentrate. But, nothing helped her. She knew that Aarav was the only person who could help her now. She tried calling him and received nothing in response. This situation prevailed for those two weeks.
Aarav arrived back and headed straight to her home. He was extremely shocked when he entered her room. Her room was in such a mess. There were strains of coffee all over the place. Her laptop was half-closed. The pages from her diary ruffled. The sticky notes placed on her wall had a cross mark on them. His eyes searched for her. At last, he spotted her near the window looking at the outside world. “Tara….”, he called her out. She pulled down the curtains in a reflection of her anger. He stepped closer to her and was about to touch her. She suddenly turned around and slapped him.
“Don’t say a word, Aarav!”
“Tara, please. Hear me out..”
“Why the hell should I hear you? Where were you for the past two weeks? Please, don’t make a promise when you could not keep it.”
“Tara, that’s not what I have intended too. I was stuck in a place where I couldn’t reach anyone. I tried to the best of mine. Believe me.”, his eyes pleaded. She stood there still staring at him. He took his mobile and played a recording. It was his voice describing all the ways how much Aarav missed Tara and his love towards her. On hearing those Tara had tears in her eyes. He hugged her and apologized, “I’m so sorry that I didn’t keep my promise. If you wanted me to leave…” Before even he had completed his sentence Tara hugged him back and cried her heart aloud.
“I missed you, Aarav.” He held her tight and she felt relieved.
The next day, Tara called Aarav. “Are you free now? Can you come home?”
“I’ll be there in thirty minutes, Tara.”
When he entered her room he saw her tightly hugging bunny and laid on the bed.
“Hey..”
“Aarav….” she hugged him.
“Relax,,, Tell me now. What happened?”
“Uhh... I don’t know, Aarav. I couldn’t do what I love the most. I don’t even know where I lag. This annoys me in the first place. My team is out there believing that I would complete this project on time.
You know what? The deadline is in one week. I don't know what to do.
"Hey, slow down, Tara. I can get you. Don't stress too much. All you need is peace right now. Only then it will reflect in your words so that your readers will also find peace wherever they are, whatever their situation is."
She nodded her head and looked into his eyes. "Tara, why don't you write our story?
"What??"
"Yeah, I guess this will suit the outline you are given.
Moreover, I wanted to hear our story in your words. The queen of words I fell in love with."
"Aarav??
"Don't ask me whether I'm serious. I'm."
"I love you, Aarav!"
"I love you more, Tara!"
