Chapter #4 - I.D

I was now on the other side of the wall but not the way I wanted to be, I was in handcuffs walking through the city, in the middle of 4 military guards 2 in the front and back of me, still holding their guns. I was panicking, trying to tell myself constantly to breathe so I didn't hyperventilate. I wanted to know where I was going but I was too afraid to ask. Why was this happening to me?

As I look around and notice my surroundings there is no one in sight, just a bunch of buildings, I'm assuming are homes, and little shops. Signs were stuck on most of the buildings saying something about, a curfew? 

What have I gotten myself into? I should have just stayed back at the shed.

After a while of walking, we approached a brick building, it looked dirty and had bars on all the windows, walking inside I reminded myself to breathe as hot tears trickled down my face. As we were now inside the building it looked a thousand times cleaner than the outside, there was a desk with a woman sitting behind it with black straight hair wearing a navy blue pants suit to the left of me, there was now only 2 guard standing on both side of me, pushing me towards the direction of the woman.

As we stood in front of the desk she handed one of the guards what looked like a flat piece of glass, she took his hand as he pointed out his index finger and pricked it, the guard then took his finger and squeezed a drop of blood onto the glass, it started to speak?

" Son of General Sanders, name Tom Sanders, Rank Class 2, access granted. "

Just as it said access granted a black door just appeared on the wall behind the woman.

 What? How was that able to do that?  The woman then hands the other guard a new glass and does the same.

" Son of General Shaw, name Charlie Shaw, Rank Class 2, access granted"

My tears were now long gone but promised to come back sometime later on, but for now I was just curious, the woman then put a flat black glass on the desk in front of me as Tom uncuffed me.

" give me your index finger of your right hand "

I do as I'm commanded, she pricks me.

" squeeze a drop onto the glass"

I was confused as to what this thing would say, I belonged to no one, I had no name, nothing.

" Related to Nathaniel, name unidentified, age 17"

 Who was Nathaniel? What was I to him?

" That can't be right, no one has heard that name in ages "

The guards bought their guns up, pointed straight at me as they slowly backed away.

" Don't move "

What was happening?, panic rose inside me again, tears keeping their promise to return, hands lifted in the air. 

The woman comes from behind the desk, stands behind me and I feel a slight pain in my neck and then i met with total darkness, as I drop to the floor.
