Chapter Two
Anna watched Caleb and Madeline.
'There's the classes over here near the Library', she explained.
'How do you know that?', Madeline asked her.
'Mom is a Librarian; Dad is a cop', Anna answered.
'Mom is a writer; Dad is a blogger. He writes about New York', Madeline said.
'Mom cooks, and has her YouTube channel. Dad is a wizard', Caleb said.
Then the bell rang, and it was time for class.

The teacher, Amber Price, watched them.
'Good morning. As you know, this is the first day of the war against the Wizards. I want all of you to be prepared. Do you understand?', she asked.
'Yes', Madeline answered.

Madeline watched the wizards outside.
She hadn't imagined seeing them in their cloaks, hats, and boots on their feet; she hadn't thought they cast spells against their enemies. Then the children watched the teacher as she pressed the silvery colored bells.
'I want everyone to read for the next hour. Then we can start casting spells'.
And the class nodded.
