I am kept in a room. There are no windows, so I cannot see a thing but the walls that enclose me. There is a single door, but I cannot see through that either. It rarely ever opens. The last time it was opened was when they threw me in there. The food appears out of nowhere here, but maybe that's because they put us to sleep before they give it to us. Well, I say we but I have no idea if there even are others. There might not be anyone here but me.
As I was rambling to myself as usual, the place outside the door creaked a little. Now, I wasn't sure if we were insane or just classified as it, but I had never known what the definition of insane exactly was. It could mean sick, and it could mean that we were perfectly normal. However, I doubt that it is the second one because then why else would we be kept here? The door creaks again and I stand up in a flash.
I hear a hand fiddling with the knob on the outside of the door. Alas, there happens to be none on the inside. I crawl vigorously towards the now shaking door as the movements become more frequent. Finally, after several seconds the door swings open and knocks me to my stomach. I did not realize what a bad idea that was until know.
Anywho, I quickly rolled over and stood, only to see a small girl. I wasn't sure how old I was, I just knew I wasn't as big as the people who threw me in here. My hands were still a bit smallish, and my legs still hadn't fully grown. I was not yet a man, or a woman. I was not even sure what gender I was.
The girl stared thoughtfully at me for a bit, then held out her hand for me to take. I cocked my head and looked at her funnily. She showed not a single drop of fear or disgust. Who could this be? She beckoned me again, and this time I followed warily, my eyes snapping to and fro in a very serious manner. I could not deny that this seemed suspicious, but I did not break away from her touch as I did not wish to go back to that awful room.
She led me through many white hallways, and down many white staircases. I did not question her once, partially because I was mute, and partially because she did not seem like a talker. Shortly after walking through numerous doorways, she stopped in front of a tall and perfectly normal looking door. It was shut tight, but not locked I suppose because the girl opened it a second later. In it stoop a simple bed, with crisp white sheets and a single pillow.
She pulled me in with a trance-like gaze. She motioned for me to sit on the bed, and I obliged. Then, very slowly, she got up and shut the door. She did not look like the one to be telling lies, but at that moment I felt like could. Before I could stand up, though, belts flashed up from the sides of my bed, forcing me down and pinning me to the sheets. The girl flashes me a grin and bats her eyelashes in an arguably sickly sweet manner. She then starts to talk, but I can tell her lips aren't moving.
