The very first thing I felt was the gut wrenching smell of rot and excreta. I tried holding my breath but to no use. My surroundings were a dark blur.
The dirt on the floor had grown an inch high since the last time I saw. The broken chair laid untouched on the ground. My guitar and schoolbag leaned by the far wall near the door.
I stared at the door hoping that there might be someone outside to save me. But I know it'll end up a daydream.
My throat was croaky and my broken knee twinged the last time I was awake. But to my horror, now I felt nothing. The foggy mind was also surprisingly clear.
With a pang of fear in the gut, I tried moving my arms and then my legs. No pain!
I was air-like.
An awful thought pervaded my mind. I didn't want to face the reality. Instead, I shifted my focus behind the walls where my dreams lie.
The rusting leaves and fragrant flowers, the drops of rain that brings fresh pure breeze with it. I was so immersed in my imagination that I inhaled sharply forgetting my surroundings. The smell of rot brought me back to reality.
How long could I ignore the truth? I decided to faced it headlong. For the first time in my life, I mustered the courage. Pressing down my legs, I pushed myself to a standing position. I half expected to wobble, but to my horror I started floating. My lifeless body remained on the dirt with visible signs of decay.
I was invisible. Just a spirit wandering in the air. I had no body, no life, no future. I. Am. Nothing.
But still there were thoughts and feelings. Feelings of fear.
Soon the fear turned into something else that started scorching my whole being.383Please respect copyright.PENANAnwphq7ssYp
Rage!
My memories spiralled the room with burning rage for eternity.
But, a day will come when I finally get out of this trap and end those who ended me.
