The Sorting Hat ceremony

Professor Minerva McGonagall said: 'For a long time, there has been four founding wizards: Helga Hufflepuff; Salazar Slytherin; Rowena Ravenclaw; and Godric Gryffindor. The Sorting hat shall talk now'. There was a gasp in which the Scottish voiced hat spoke. 'Adams, Edith. Gryffindor. Adams, Ellen, Gryffindor. Bones, Susan. Hufflepuff...'. And so on...and on. 'Potter, Harry'. He walked towards where Fred, George, Percy, and Ron Weasley was at the Gryffindor house. Hermoine Granger was already in Gryffindor house. The Sorting Hat was smiling. 'Potter. Potter. Yes. You're good as James and Lily Potter were. Let me see. You could be in Hufflepuff; you could be in Ravenclaw; you could be in Slytherin...'. Harry shook his head. 'Or Gryffindor'. Harry looked at the hat. 'GRYFFINDOR!'. Everyone cheered. He saw someone was watching him. It was Professor Severus Snape, the Potions Master. He was the Head of Slytherin house.
Harry's scar hurt.
And he knew he had an enemy.
