Chapter Two
'Well, I never want to go there. We live in Cokeworth', Petunia Evans said. She glanced at her sister's robes, and scoffed. 'It's the uniform. And I have a wand', Lily Evans said. Petunia sighed. She hadn't imagined to think that she'd practice magic; she couldn't do it in the town. It was forbidden by the Ministry of Magic. Petunia was dating Venon Dursley, and she was happy with her marriage. With them was their son, Dudley. They had moved to number 4, Privet Drive, in Little Winging, Surrey; they were eager not to talk about magic, spells, and flying cars in the English sky; they weren't going to talk about that. Lily was married to James now. And, as the chasm grew, Lily felt the strain. Then, one night, Lord Voldemort came, and everything changed after the Slytherin dark wizard grabbed his wand, and attacked the Potters. James Potter was at the Ministry of Magic. He came towards the house. In a matter of seconds, he and Lily Potter, were dead...But Harry Potter was alive. He just had a lightning scar on his forehead.
He was a survivor of the Wizarding Wars, and he was famous.
In the end, as time shifted, the United Kingdom under Baroness Margaret Thatcher, paved way to other politicians at Number 10 Downing Street, and the wizards, and witches, celebrated for a short time. The darkness of what happened dimmed over time, and the country changed for the better until the next magical wars happened.
