Deep in the dark wood, that was placed on an island, high in the dark blue sky. where an orb was floating around before it was struck with so kind of magic and fell to the ground, not making any movement. as the figure with light glowing blue eyes picked up the orb, not noticing the too new figures jumped behind him and spoke.
"Hey! Drop it!" The new figure had orange glowing eyes.
"You heard the man. drop it this way!" the third figure spoke with his lime-green eyes also glowing.
"it's mine, I rightfully cornered it first!" the orange-eyed figure said as he switched his gaze between them with his two dagger's out. one pointing at each of them
"You wanna try me?" the sound of metal can be heard in the darkness as the lime green-eyed took out swords, daring one of them to make a move.
"face it I’m delivering it to his highness first!"
the three figures circled each other until a new voice was heard
"Petty. The both of you." A new figure was insulted. He had blue eyes. and if you start to look very closely in the dark you could see horns sticking out the side of all of their heads.
"Truly it doesn't matter who delivers it." he shook his head, "As long as it's me," he added.
the figure with the light blue eyes scoffed.
"Catch."
he threw the orb up in the air.
the lime green-eyed figure gasps before he caught the orb after it stumbled around his hand for a couple of seconds.
"it's mine!" the orange-eyed figure shouted before he attacked.
because of that, they all attacked. before someone stopped them, they all kneel before that person in respect. In front of them was a male with white horns and black eyes.
"Your highness, I can explain. we had obtained the soul when it slipped from our grasp and-" he was interrupted.
"We had a delay."
from behind the male was an old woman, who could be in her 60-70's
"well is it hot in here or is it just me." she flirted.
"Lady grandma?" the blue-eyed male said.
the black-eyed male sighed.
"not now, grandmother," he said
"Silence! Hmph, when I was the queen of this land of demons, I could have your tongue for speaking back to me!" she said
"Why are you here?" the green-eyed male said.
"that's all you boys obtained you need to take it unharmed" She empathizes on the arm harmed part," to the altar now or we won't be able to use it," she said
"I mean the person killed to get it was harmed if-"the orange-eyed male was interrupted by a smack in the shoulder with a cane.
"Ow!"
"don't speak ill of the Dead!" lady grandma warned before she cleared her throat, "now follow. will be in the new world soon enough," she said and started walking in a certain direction with the five boys following her. they made it to a kingdom were inside a room was almost empty if it wasn't for the table that was filled with books, tubes, and cups filled with some type of liquid. lady Grandma walks up to the table before turning to the five boys behind her." the soul" she said.
the light blue-eyed male took the soul out of a bag.
"bring it to me you can send me a man." lady grandma said
"huh?"
"to transfer it into my potion I'll need to hold hands with one who possesses and some light of magic" she explains"and you just so happen to be my type, pierce"
pierce cleared his throat
"Uh, Noi. t-take it to her" he said
"Me!"noi shouted.
"you said you wanted to deliver it," the blue-eyed male said.
"I don't want to hold hands with her! she's old!"Noi complained before he was hit in the face by a book thrown by the woman.
" You ain't got any meat on you anyway scrub!" she shouted.
"Leaf take it to her," the prince said
"Pardon me?"Leaf said
"Did I stutter?" the prince said in a low intimidating voice.
"i-it's just.." leaf stuttered before the blue-eyed male intervened.
"Prince Ash, do you think that it's a wise choice?"Ash turns towards him, "forgive me for questioning you, but noi is the smarter choice. we all possess a limited amount of magic and if anyone were to use the last of the magic for this it should be noi. speaking tactics, leaf is best at healing, and Pierce can-" he was interrupted.
"I don't care about your numbers," Ash said in a lazy tone, "Noi do it"He ordered
Noi didn't say anything back but grumbled to himself while walking to the woman with the soul he took from Pierce. he held the woman's hand with the song in between them and a bright light was cast, lighting the room, before it died down
"how do you feel Noi?"
"Used," he replied.
"And with that, the last spark of magic has fallen, "lady grandma said.
"Pierce sighed.
"We killed them," he said.
"do you think this journey was worth sacrificing the last soul?" leaf asked
"Perhaps, it depends on if you boys are successful, but let's not tell the High Council what has happened this night. they currently believe the one who had the sores still alive and safe in seclusion. if they find out you boys hunted it down they'll have your heads. not even Ash will be spared." lady grandma said.
"there currently is a decent amount of magic here in the demon kingdom. It should be a while before it runs out, it will give us enough time to survey the new world. if we're smart about it-"the blue-eyed male turns to Noi, "Noi, are you able to use any magic?" he asked.
Noi looked at his hands before putting them together and try to concentrate.his hands did cast some sort of no spark but that was just it nothing else.
"gone," he said with a sad look on his face
"and it won't be long before the citizens of the demon Kingdom run out of magic themselves. well, the council won't provide any resolution. things here will crumble, Ash wants to ascend the throne before-'lady grandma was interrupted by her grandson.
"Enough! our mission is clear. we go to the new world and seek out new sources for magic, which means we take the New World by force!" Ash said
"and we have to be smart about it. Noi is depleted of magic and after you open the portal-"leaf was cut off.
"I'm the Prince, my source of magic is far greater," Ash said.
"but not Unlimited," she told him.
"Creating this portal will drain you," she added
"Ash, we don't have to do this alone, you could always ask your-"
"Enough!Talk!I don't care about the politics of demons nor the risk we are about to take. I would not be here sacrificing everything if I had any second guesses. just give me the potion and let me cast."Ash said
lady grandma sighed, "You're going in blind Ash," she told him but he didn't reply, then he held out his hand then she gave him the potion. Ash took the potion and stood in the center of the room.
"my knights, if you were loyal to me, to the future I vow to bring once I’m the king and follow me. I understand should you choose to remain. However, should I see you after you abandon me," he hung his head low before bringing it back up, "Oh. I will kill you," he said, shocking his knights
"Wha-!? Ash!-"Noi was about to speak but a hand was placed on his shoulder, that person was Leaf .he looked at Noi and shook his head causing Noi not to say anything. Ash closed him before concentrating on his magic to open the portal, after a few seconds the bottle started to glow before a purple portal, opened up showing an alleyway to the streets.

"Impressive,"
Lady grandma walked up to the portal before waving her hand, causing some words in a different language to come up. she raised an eyebrow before she waved her hand over the translating it.
"E...arth," she said.
"it's beautiful, "leaf complimented
"We have to take over all of that?!" Noi said
"Ear-arth, it shall be mine," Ash said even though he said the word wrong, walking into with no second thoughts with Pierce following after him. leaf and Noi glanced at each other before they both went in.
lady grandma sighed before turning to the blue-eyed male," Rhys, you're the smartest of them. please you know what to do. I'll keep things calm here the best I can for my grandson. please do be safe" she said, "of course, lady grandma. Rhys said before walking into the portal. Once they all entered the portal her eyes narrowed before casting her eyes behind her slightly, in the darkness revealing a pair of glowing eyes.
"Please keep an eye on them.....GO!" it scattered off into the portal.
"I pray to the gods. Please, watch over them,"
