Harold was someone who was concerned that his ordinary education meant that, as Manager of the Grocery Store, was something that paid the bills. He, and Edna, made $35,000 a year. He was balding now. The first signs of trouble was a decade ago in nineteen seventy-one, when he married Edna. Harold thought that the store would make him rich; he was wrong. Edna lived for her favorite soaps on TV; Harold stuffed his mouth with doughnuts, and other fast food. He opened the door. And a snake came towards him. He screamed. He backed away. Then he heard the sound of footsteps.
Jason Voorhees lifted the machete in the air, and brought it down.
Harold died instantly.

Edna walked away from the TV.
But, as she did so, she came back to the Idiot Box.
She started to knit.
