Sitting down on the couch next to her boyfriend, Shiva grabbed the remote and put on a movie. It was late and rain was rapidly pouring. So the couple didn't really want to go outside.
As she was watching the movie Shiva heard a loud bang. Her eyes widening, Shiva flinched.
“Are you okay?” Shiva’s boyfriend, Ash asked.
“Y-yeah.” Shiva muttered, fear clearly in her eyes. “I’m fine. It’s only lighting right?” although she said that as if she was trying to reassure herself.

“Can I sit in your lap?” Shiva questioned, turning her gaze over to her boyfriend. “Not because I'm afraid of course. I just want to sit in your lap.” she quickly added.
“That’s fine.” Ash purred, clearly amused.
Blushing Shiva rested her head onto her boyfriend’s chest. Feeling better she soon closed her eyes.
“You know it’s okay to be afraid.” Ash pointed out.
“I know Shiva replied. But i'm embarrassed.” Shiva admitted.
“That’s okay cutie. Do you want to go into our room? The lightning won't be as loud there.” Ash pointed out.
“That’s fine.” Shiva purred.
Turning the Tv off Ash then picked Shiva up and carried her into his bedroom. Laying on the bed the couple tightly wrapped their arms around each other before going to sleep.
