Axilya asked her mother for some money to go buy the flowers for her dad, and ofcourse, her mother gave her 10 Kahri and told her to be home by 13:00 for lunch, Axilya nodded and left
As she was walking towards the market, she saw her friend Alasse watering the flowers in her mother's garden
"Oy! Al! do you want to walk with me to the market? I don't want to go alone"
"yeah yeah, just wait I need to get ready"
Axilya nodded and sat on a bench that was near, as she was waiting the blue light she saw in the 'haunted' forest she saw yesterday went through her mind
"alrighty, Im ready we can go now"
Alasse's voice brought her back to reality
"so, what do you need to buy?" asked Alasse
"I wanted to buy some flowers for my dad, why?" Axilya responded, glancing towards Alasse
"huh, oh nothing i was just wondering"
"so uh, have you ever thought about going to explore the forest near our village?" finally, Axilya asked Alasse, wanting to know if her friend was planning on going to explore the forest, beacuse she wanted to join her
"are you insane? Ofcourse not, haven't you heard of the blood-thirsty beasts that live there?" Alasse looked at her friend, shocked
"I was just wondering, I always wanted explore it, who knows what I could find there"
"well I think all you will find is danger, but I have to go now, bye and be safe." Alasse said bye to Axilya, who just now realized she walked way past the market, and that it's probably 12:46 right now
"Oh crap, I have to go back, and i forgot to buy the flowers" she tought as she turned around and speed walked back to the village. She walked past the forest and again, in the corner of her eye saw a dash of blue, she turned her head towards the forest, but saw nothing
"what is that thing..." she though, by now she forgot about lunch, and headed for the forest, wanting to find the blue light, but just as she was about to enter the forest, someone stopped her, it was an old lady.
"what do you think you're doing here? This forest is way to dangerous for a 12 year old like you to be walking around, go back to the village!" the grumpy old lady loudly told Axilya, and she reluctantly left to go home
her mother was mad at Axilya for coming home 20 minutes late, but all Axilya could think about was the blue light
"so, I heard you were trying to enter the forest? Do you know how dangerous that is? you could have gotten killed!" her mother half-yelled at her
"I-Im sorry I just- Insaw something and I-" Axilya tried to respond
"No, I don't care that you saw something, it is EXTREMELY dangerous to go into that forest" Axilya knew her mother was over exaggerating, but she still felt guilty
"Go to your room, you're grounded"
Axilya slowly made her way to her room, wondering why her mom was making such a big deal out of that forest, and why a small part of her wanted to go back to the forest even after being yelled at
